    Ahahah true. You become sick every two weeks , like me 😂😂. Capoeira , calisthenics, weightlifting, breakdancing, hiphop and tricking. Too muchh 😅

    That’s why callisthenics is the best. You have muscle mass while being athletic and looking in shape

      Again that's something that invests partially into looks as well, callisthenics isn't best if you're trying to move a lot of weight.
