@SteakandButterGal Thank you so much for the free offer it's very generous of you Bella I've just signed up🎉 I follow your channel from Ireland & am 5 months Carnivore & will buy your friends lovely Carnivore Cook Book🤗
Wow! So glad to hear from Bella how she felt on the first months! I am 70, I was weight training at home with heavy dumb bells before starting carnivore. After starting pure carnivore, I had 24h palpitations, drowsiness, low energy so my workouts became very slow and needed to rest more in between sets. I think I started using fat for energy in my 5th-6th month and my palpitations diminished. I am on my 8th-9th month and feeling more energized, and more muscle defined. Most people have this idea that every change is overnight. Not because I lost weight so fast means that I am completely healed. There's more to it. I enjoy your videos and your comments. You guys look very natural and honest! (and funny!)
these recipes are nice, once in a while you kind of get tired of the same old texture of steak and eggs but you don't want to sacrifice on the nutrition. thank you for this
I’m adding a comment because I think I should. I made the non dairy loaf. When it came out of the pan there was a lot of tallow in the bottom of the pan. I tried the bread. It looked good but I wasn’t crazy about the taste. No prob-a little herb or flavor🤷🏽♀️. Later in the day I had a hamburger on two pieces of the bread. All ok but was hard too eat and I felt like I had eaten a rock. It laid heavy on my stomach. After awhile I went to bed. I woke at 1 or 2 am with acid reflux so I took antacid tablets. It did not help much and I still felt stuffed. I emptied my bowels twice and was in major abdominal pain still. More antacids and finally laid on left side, felt some relief and was able to sleep after a couple of hours. Here’s the deal. All the ingredients were things on hand that I had used before. I’m very used to keto and carnivore and have never had such issues. My gall bladder is long gone-no problems like that. Now I’m not saying I know for sure it came from this recipe. Who knows what caused it? But. I now have a huge aversion to eating anymore of this bread…for now. I just feel that I need to share my experience for what it is worth. I trust your channel and have used other recipes with great success. I did feel that half a cup of melted tallow was too much as porq panko is a very greasy product. If I make it again I’ll reduce the tallow by half or try the dairy version. Much continued success I’m still a fan! Congrats on your marriage🤓. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Since you have no gallbladder, your not producing bile to break down fats and protein effectively, try taking ox bile before meals to solve acid reflux
I watched this video 2 hours ago.. I went to the store, came home, made the batter, in 20 minutes my bread is done. I held back 1/2 cup batter, spread it thinly on parchementpaper and put it in the airfryer on 200c (375f) turned it around, gave it 5 more minutes. Then I spread cheese sauce, cheese, cooked ground beef and some sausage on it. 7 more minutes in the airfryer and I had a very very delicious pizza. 🎉🎉🎉 Now I'm waiting for the bread to be done .. it looks amazing and I can't wait to top it with butter... The panko rind crumbs from this brand contains yeast, at least the one available on Amazon at this moment. I am trying this recipe tomorrow. I miss bread so much.😢
Tried this but added Garlic and Sliced pepperoni to make pull apart bread for dinner with steak tonight. Dip in Garlic Butter 🧈. Can't do the Air Fryer Sous Vide is my Jam. Thanks for sharing 👍
Sous vide is where it's at. Question what method do you use to sear? I've tried both a flamethrower and pan searing and I find the pan delivers much more delicious results and better crust but of course it makes a huge mess of splatter and smokes up my house. In contrast, the flamethrower outside makes no mess or smoke in my house, but the sear quality is subpar and lacking flavor.
@darkl3ad3r pan sear is better 2 min each side. Use avacado oil to sear with. The smoke point is much higher and will not smoke your house up. Also when you flip steak throw butter in pan and shut the burner off the cast iron will carry enough heat to finish the sear. I like to put a little Shitaki Umami, MSG, salt and pepper to taste on the steak. You will be in heaven if you follow these steps.
@@darkl3ad3r get a pan with tall edges and switch to an oil with a higher smokepoint. I imagine you're using a very low smokepoint oil like butter. When you heat oils to their smokepoint and then consume the food made in them it contains carcinogens which are cancerous. Be Safe
@@t0xic661 I'm finding that the best sear comes from olive oil with target pan temperature of about 350°F and never letting it get smoking hot. This results in a nice golden brown color on the steak, no charring, and no smoke. The downside is the mess of splatter still happens but at least the olive oil doesn't smell disgusting like higher temperature oils eg canola.
I found this recipe a while ago from Anita (Carnivore Woman) - She calls it her egg bread. She said they used to eat it years ago on the egg fasts that they did. I love it and make it often.
I have been on a carnivore-ish diet for 6 months and my main issue is trying to come up with foods that keep me engaged. I get horrible indigestion from ground beef 93/7 - 70/30, I still have to Tums up before bed. So seeing this diet book will help me go from -ish to 100% carnivore. I lift weights and ruck. Recently I started rucking 4-5 days a week with 65lbs (getting ready for a CO Elk hunt) I have found that since I have gone Carnivore, my joints feel so much better. I dont hurt and I recover 10xs faster. To the point I can get up every morning at 0500 and get out with the heavy ruck and do 4-5 miles and come home and sit down and do 8 hours of work and not ache! Carnivore has been a great decision. Now I just need to commit to it 100%. This book looks like it will help me do this! Great video!
Many people who get indigestion actually need *more* stomach acid, not less. There's a sphincter valve between the stomach and the esophagus, and a high acid environment is what signals it to stay tightly shut. If there's not enough acid, the valve will open slightly and allow the weaker (but still powerful) acid to travel back up the esophagus. For years I had issues with acid reflux, and I would use Tums to fight it. Then I learned that the majority of reflux sufferers need more acid. The way to test it is to use Tums, and if excess gas is created in your stomach, causing a feeling of bloating and a need to burp, then you truly have too much acid and the Tums will help you. If no such bloating and burping occurs, you're actually deficient and should look into taking Betaine HCl at each meal. Start slow, and work up to higher doses. If at any time you experience burning, you can always take a Tums to neutralize the acid.

It is heavy and you will not be able to eat a lot at a time. In my country we can't buy grounded pork rind crumbs, so I blended it myself. I made pizza from it also.
You are DEFINITELY looking more toned! I think a lot of people could benefit from even a small amount of exercise on carnivore. No need for pre-workout, stacks, or post-workout chews, or any of those useless supplements (containing mostly binders and anti-nutrients anyway). I tried this recipe.. at first I didn’t really like it. The flavours of pork rind was a bit too strong and the texture was a bit too spongey. Well, the next day I decided to air fry the slices and it is way better crunchy like toast.
