Dear Aunt Carries, thank you for the wonderful memories that generations of my family have enjoyed. I enjoyed introducing friends from out of town to your restaurant!
This place looks wonderfully down home cozy and traditional and most importantly the food looks scrumptious!!! I LOVE SEAFOOD!!! I would love to try this in the very near future!!! 🤓👍🏻✌🏻️
Went to Aunt Carries as a kid with my Mom and Dad after a day at Sandy Hill Cove or Scarborough. Loaded up on clam cakes, chowder, fish & chips and of course a bucket of steamers. What used to be Dick’s Cozy Corner, right across the street, also had great takeaway clam cakes. Always thought Aunt Carrie’s was in Point Judith.
I loved the amusement park size clam cakes with malt vinegar when I was a kid at Lincoln Park; these look really large comparatively. If I didn't live in California now - I'd be driving from the south shore in Massachusetts to try them :)
I Moved south after 30yrs in RI,am oh man do I sure miss these babies, dunk these in chowder, even while driving, and eat the chowder like a drink,no spoon needed

I grew up going to sand hill cove with my family on Sundays and having clam cakes and chowder and it was Aunt Carey’s for our finishing meal.
