I worked graveyard for 4 years. I saw my social life evaporate, my weekends burnt away because I was sleeping all day. It's like being on another planet. I can't imagine what it's like now. No graveyard job is worth your health and sanity.

While I see there point on "Dating is hard" because it is but like... have you seen or talked to 90% of incels/manosphere people? As an ex-manosphere guy: a lot of these people I suspect, or at least some, become narcissists specifically due to the focuses and methods the manosphere teaches you to manage your life and relationships. Once you've fallen for the programming, /not/ being a narcissist will when you're in that headspace look like it'd completely kill your chances of ever having any success in life. This is not even mentioning how all that stuff implicitly teaches you, sometimes without you even realizing, to instrumentalize your interactions with people and objectify others. Everything becomes about you in some way because you're constantly fixating on yourself, it's a multi-pronged attack on your sanity. I don't even freaking know if they realize they're doing this.
A lot of dudes get sucked into this stuff young, so there's a real brainwashing element to it too. I got into at like.. 13. And in those days it wasn't even /everywhere/ like it is now. Many of them also come from abusive families and toxic environments, and have pre-existing mental health conditions that make them more prone to falling for this shit.
