I know it must've been difficult to record while brewing, but I would love if this becomes a kind of series. Keep up the good work!
Love this style of content from you guys. Taking the lessons learned from your podcasts on sundays and putting it into application. Brilliant!
YEEEEEES! Thank you guys so much for this video! Cheers
0 Dislikes is right ! Very awesome 🙌🏻
Up to 1!
This was great, really nice to see the behind the scenes of the brewery!
Great video, that is definitely one hazy IPA! Love seeing the larger commercial-style brew days, gives me hope one day I can be on that scale!
You can do it!
Awesome vid, you have me fangin' a beer now. Would love to see more brew day vids like this in the future.
Definitely keep some videos coming using the commercial system on brew days, very cool!
Cheers, thanks for the feedback!
Great video. Loved to see the large scale brewing
More to come!
Loving the content!! Keep It up! CHEERS!
Thank you! Will do!
Can you publish a homebrew version of this recipe
this was fun,but i'm going to watch reruns of Cops now lol
Dudes wish I could try the brew. Have you guys considered packaging incognito for homebrewers?
You should definitely do more brewing videos
I think this officially makes “NumNums” my favorite brewing term.
Us brewers and our technical jargon :p
Very good video, I would like to know how do you separate the dry hop from the beer when transferring to the kegs
Pink shirt dude took the littlest sip ever then goes on and on describing the beer.
I'm guessing that came off the bright tank at Genus? How did you get it from the brewhouse over there?
I wonder what that equipment do to keep all those hops away from the wort plate chiller
NICE
How do you figure out your ABV if you added honey after you check the OG?
Have you guys done anything with Hopzoil yet? I'm thinking about trying it in a 5bbl batch of IPA
Not yet but it sounds interesting so I'll try to grab some!
What's your reason for the rice in a NEIPA? Haven't seen that one.
Rice can give a creamy texture and the perception of sweetness without some of the rougher proteins that all the other adjuncts give - not a necessary addition but it is a fun twist on the classic hazy flavor!
How long do you expect that beer to stay fresh? If you sell a half barrel to a customer and they don't sell it when do they pull it for freshness?
3-4 weeks
hmmm,i could probably drink that in about a week, but i am 70,a few years ago i would finish it in 3 days :]
what happened to the other guy? fired or quit?
