Cheers for the shout out James! Used it again yesterday on a Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe with a whopping 69g of Incognito so excited to see how it turns out! Great video as always, the new products from Baath Haas are totally worth the investment.
Really interesting video Richard👍 James is such a knowledgeable chap and presents information in a clear and enjoyable way. I haven’t brewed a NEIPA this year as yet but will soon as it’s my favourite style to brew. I usually aim for 200 grams in the whirlpool followed by two 100 gram dry hop additions. I don’t usually put any hops in the boil for this style but I have done a first wort hop addition in a few of them to give me a slight smoother bitterness. Will look forward to seeing how this beer turns out. All the best mate👍
Very useful video Richard. I got the same goodies from the Malt Miller at BrewCon and had been flummoxed about the quantities to use. 50% AA for the Spectrum is insane! Is that the level for all varieties? I NEED that Capri yeast though for my Easter competition brew! Just gone and put my MM order in though so it will cost me.
Thanks! 50% is for the Incognito I’m not sure but I imagine it should vary depending on variety, it seems a lot but due to the smaller quantity used (vs pellets) the actual IBUs yielded are slightly less than the equivalent from 100g of T90s
Hi Dude, really useful video thanks. On the recipe from MM that have the water profile provided with Cl- 275 and SO4 33, giving a mega low ratio - is this right?

Cheers Lance, 69g!? That is going to be insane, I was blown away by the aroma coming off the whirlpool after a single pack went in
@@DudesBrews to be fair it’s in a 70l batch and we majorly cut down on whirlpool hops so it’ll be interesting to see how the yeast process it!
@@DoorstepBrewing ah ok thats a bit less mad scientist lol, can't really go wrong with that hop combo😋
Haha it just sounded impressive - certainly felt a lot in the cleanup with that gum off the incognito. Will try send some down (if it’s any good)

Yes, correct
I am interestimg to use incognito in dip hopping. Do you think that it can work?
With Incognito could you heat it up, pour it over some hop pellets and then chuck this into the whirlpool/hopstand?
I guess so but what would be your thinking behind doing that?
@@DudesBrews just to make sure it 'mingles' with the hops rather than leaving a sticky mess everywhere!
