    Wow! Talk about improvement!
In the 2019 Sienna sport there are only two tethers in the back row! There are only two latch in the middle row and only two latch in the back. I am absolutely amazed that Toyota FINALLY upped their game for minivans via car seats! I was considering trading my Sienna sport for a Mercedes Sprinter or Nissan NV because of my car seat issue with my Sienna (not enough latch and tethers) but this new 2021 is a game changer!
I wish Toyota would make the back row headrests completely removable like the second row because when I am stealing my rear facing carseated child who is in the third row that headrest is in my way no matter which side the car seat is installed on. Big bosom moms will have difficulty leaning in to strap the car seat because of the headrest even in the folded position. My only other I wish Toyota would do is make row three three latch seats compatible! It would be a huge game changer for moms of multiples in infant and rear facing seats. Any family who is looking to avoid switching to a passenger van would appreciate that feature.
Question: in row three where the cup holders are is there still a cubby? Also will there be any USB access in row two or three? Is row two seats removable? Can I remove the one king seat and leave in the middle and other king seat or vice versa?
Thank you for your detailed review!!! This is extremely helpful for us families with lots of kiddos in car seats!
Do you have a review of the 2021 Nissan NV ?

I know this comment is three years old, but what did you decide to go with? I have 5 car seats to fit in our 2014 Sienna and we have to upgrade to either a newer Sienna or a large SUV (which still surprisingly has issues with fitting carseats). I am not ready to go sprinter van, yet! Haha

Even though Toyota put latch anchors in the 2 row center seat - it's really not functional. I see that you did install a Nuna infant seat but there is way too much base overhang. Also 3rd row access is a problem considering that the outboard seats will catch on any center installed rear facing convertible carseat (I haven't tried FF in the center but I can't imagine it would be much better). 2c is also unusable for a booster seat as it is so narrow the seat belt buckles end up underneath the booster. All around poor design with the teeny tiny seat.

Does the middle seat in the 2nd row fold forward like the 2 side seats?

How about the ability to do three carseats in the third row?

You absolutely can do three car seats in the third row in this model it just depends on how you set them up. If you have three forward facing five point harness seats, high back booster or booster you can you the three tether straps he mentions. If you use latch you can do a latch seat on left and right and use a forward facing five point, high back or booster in the middle using latch.
Does that make sense? I have the 2019 model and this 2021 based on the three tethers in the back and three latch in the middle make me want to trade in!
