    Hey Jordan . would iso lateral training with super light weight really wake up hamstrings and help improve muscle firing and overall range of motion.

      Because he’s not shredded? You can be shredded and not have an impressive physique, and you can have an impressive physique without being shredded. Getting shredded isn’t all that difficult- maintain a 500 kcal deficit for several months.
