Grettings from chile jordan 🥰
I would appreciate videos how to proper warmup for leg days. thank you
I have another leg session coming up! I'll make the warm-up piece more in depth
@@jordanshallow6616 thanks for responding, a warmup 101 would be interesting and very helpful because obviously everybody is different and I don’t know who knows more about how a human body should properly function than you! I would appreciate if you explain how a warmup for squats for example should look like, mobility, stretching etc.? Thank you very much for sharing so much great content
Love it!!!
What is the biomechanical rational behind the change in feet orientation in the concentric vs eccentric phases of the lying leg curl please?
Might be the same sh!t over and over again, but it motivates me to train in my home gym during lockdown.
Fuck ya man! Chest day incoming on Friday, let’s go
Out of curiosity, why do you choose a leg press with a modified execution over something like a hip thrust or straight leg deadlift?
Great question, the leg press allows for way higher output before failure incurs. The straight leg deadlift is way less stabile, and hip thrusts are training in the shortened position.
@@Themuscledoc That makes sense. Thanks!
How do you like the Atlantis pendulum press vs others like the Rogers?
I haven’t used the Rogers one before!
1st time watching that magnificent knees 😈
LMAO!
What shoes?
Vevobarefoot!
No masks (aka 'face-masks')!
Oh, dear... how will they ever survive...
Just put weight on and just lift it 💀
