Antonelli Baseball Hey Matt. How about a video on bat grips. I use a pro hitter rubber & grip the bat with my knuckles lined up. I feel I hit the ball a lot harder with this grip. Would love to hear what you think. Cheers mate!

This is dead on advice. Especially the swing sequence. I went from a “HR almost never” hitter, to a HR every game or couple games hitter with just that.
Weight lifting and explosive movement exercises are awesome too.
Weighted pull ups and Trap bar deadlifts are great. Along with other exercises and decent nutrition of course.
Still, without the proper swing sequence, a lot of that strength and power is wasted.
