    Your videos are awsome I have noticed I’ve been more explosive on the ice. But I have one quick question for rep tryouts should I stop practicing a day before? But great video!

      You wouldn't want to do this speed workout the day before a game, but an on-ice practice is good the day before.

    Which is better to do, an explosive power workout with weights or a workout without weights or both? Please I would like to know by a message from you since when I want to go to your link my cell phone freezes? Thank you very much!

    How long should you do this until you see a difference

      This would be performed once per week alongside a 4 week phase in your periodization. A full program (and not just one workout) will begin to get you noticeable results within the first 2-3 weeks.

    How much times a week should I be doing this as a 12 year old

    Just making sure, is this workout going I improve my explosiveness and speed? Which means I do not have to do a other speed specific workout? Or it will help with both and I should do another speed workout.
