It was really odd. However, most uppity people are like that. YOU give up YOURS (but don't dare ask them to give up theirs).
Not defending daymond cause that was rude af, but like they are the investors and they probably have lost all of their money at some point either while investing or building / running their business.
also his main point of concern is that those people can manage money fine, they are strategic, and they are taking away an oppurtunity from people who actually struggled and sacrificed everything just to step on that carpet, like ppl who desperately need it.

@@Paige02 Daymond is genuinely annoying. He's barking up the wrong tree. Did the entrepreneur use influence to get on the show? Did he bribe to get on the show? Did he use any unfair means to get on the show? The answer to all that is a no. He hasn't stolen anyone's chance.
He applied to the Show just like everyone else did, the producers and their team go through every application and then after a strict filtering process, choose the ones THEY think would make good TV.
If Daymond has a problem, he's got to take it up with the Producers. The Entrepreneur has nothing to do with this.

IMO yes chirp was there for a deal, but that deal is likely a small part in the publicity he will get. So it was a costly marketing decision as I see it. Smart to take a deal, almost guarantees to appear on TV.
It always amazes me how the entrepreneurs will argue over like .5% w/ the sharks. I’m surprised i haven’t seen more sharks call out those that haggle w/ them!

Interesting therapy, but not correcting alignment issues. If back muscles are tight your dealing with subluxation. Same thing with pain. Pain is not normal. See a chiropractor.

The reasoning behind Daymonds questions is because (as they’ve said in an interview) they hate when a business that’s already doing good goes in to the shark Tank for clout.
It’s very common for successful entrepreneurs to use the Shark Tank as free advertising for their business without actually needing help from the sharks. Daymond hates that. He prefers people that actually need help

They didn't even try to find another solition. I would even pay more for shipping. So still alot of back pain. And I was really looking forward for the products

Huh, don't know how well they did with ip protection, bought a "Yoga Wheel" a month ago and there were dozens of brands on Amazon of the same thing
The proprietary part isn't the wheel form factor, it's the spinal canal. They can also charge more since it's the real deal and they've already hit economies of scale to an extent so their production costs swamp competitors. I'd argue without the spinal canal it'd still work for people with more fat and/or muscle but it'd be very uncomfortable if not painful for those with a protruding spine. I've had the 3 pack since 2020 and I think they're incredible. Definitely a strong business on paper and their sales tell the same story.
