Battery 1 and 2 ON
Ext PWR ON (optional)
Master apu on (wait 5 seconds)
turn on apu
turn on engine fuel pumps
set IRS align to NAV
set ENG start to IGN/START
Throttles on idle
Crew oxygen on
and the rest is pretty simple and easy to learn

APU requires fuel in real life so we would turn on the fuel pumps first than APU Master and starters.
