Honestly, I think he will because the air Canada livery is available on almost every airliner. If he doesn't add it well, he must have a good reason.

It's alright...
They only land smoothly on longer runways except on shorter ones. Shorter ones, if you tried to land smoothly there with a 737, you risk floating down farther. Thats why they do a firm landing to come to a quick stop. Plus, 737s are made to handle firm landings

Battery 1 and 2 ON Ext PWR ON (optional) Master apu on (wait 5 seconds) turn on apu turn on engine fuel pumps set IRS align to NAV set ENG start to IGN/START Throttles on idle Crew oxygen on and the rest is pretty simple and easy to learn
APU requires fuel in real life so we would turn on the fuel pumps first than APU Master and starters.
