About the spinning turbines: yes, it's actually correct to not see a spinning turbine in this case. What you're seeing is not the first turbine blade, but a static 'director' that reorients the airflow. You can see exactly the same on some Embraer plane engines.

I "flew" the TU-154 in a real simulator long time ago, and it was not so horrible to fly. Actually quite stable, a bit sensitive on the ailerons though.
that "engine" u see is actually the "duct/cover/grill whatever", the IL-62 also have that, the spinning bois are inside it, idk why, russian design
also about "unsafe", most of the crash is non plane related cuz shit conditions & maintenance & pilot error
This thing is used to straighten the airflow in front of the fan
"russian design", wrong the MD-80 and (I think) DC-9 had the same grills.

And maybe 707

One good reason that Tupolev aircraft models as well as other Russian aircraft cockpits have that green paneling is because it helps the pilots stay awake because it is a bright color that stands out

I found this about rough Ryanair landings: "The real reason why Ryanair landings are firm is the aircraft they fly: the 737-800 has a very efficient wing at low (landing) weight so the aircraft has a tendency to float above the runway when landing and not touch down on the runway easily.
The aircraft is very long relative to the undercarriage length, so you cannot flare (pull nose up) a lot to put the aircraft down on the runway very softly. If you flare sharply the tail will hit the ground, damage the aircraft, and make the pilot very unpopular." seems legit.
They land hard because they don’t want to use too much of the runway
3:30 this is fricken HILAROUS!!! This is rare footage of a aircraft that appears to want to just chill, not even serve its porpuse XD
But thanx for your input. I really forgot about landing gears and didn't know how to detect flight reset. Making new patch now.
Other than this: there are English textures. You just need to enable them on the SERV menu; Trimmer should be assigned to your joystick; Without enabled AP this plane is virtually unflyable - it's true for real. And yes, front grill on the engines is fixed for real. Actual fan is behind it.

Well FYI turbojets and low-bypass turbofans actually have the 'diverters?' before the intake fan, which means the fan itself is *behind* the diverter thing. You may search up for cross-sections of engines like the Pratt & Whitney J57 or the other Cold War era turbojets and low-bypass turbofans. Even the Soloviev D-30 (The one used on the Tupolev Tu-154) has that.

The MD-10 is exactly like a DC-10 with the exception of the cockpit, where the flight engineer is no longer required. This was to cater to FedEx's requirements.
