NEVER turn the power on whilst your on the Bike and it’s Moving……… It will Shut Down and it will need a Dealer Re-Boot. I know that……….I’ve done it twice now……..it’s soul destroying……..grrrrrrrrrrr. 😀
If you guys are in the US, there is no federal law limiting them to 20mph. Tons of states allow Class III E-bikes that can go up to 28mph.

Hmm I have the 2021 city model with 4000+ kms never had an issue doing that. However I have never pedaled during this action.
