    Interesting video thanks.GMö wheat is weaponised ‘food‘…all done on purpose.It‘s no accident, similar story with Dairy, Sugar and food additives, artificial sweeteners, cooked oils etc. infact most processed foods are trash. - Organic whole food from nature is real food.

    I don’t have celiac disease but I know I feel so much better when I eat very little to no gluten. It has to be said that I make my own bread which does seem to make a difference. When I eat commercial bread I usually start to feel like crap pretty fast. It’s very hard to stay away from gluten as my husband loves to bake lol.

    It is not just about gluten, but about all the grains antinutrients: phytates, saponins, oxalates, inhibitors of trypsin and amylase, phytoestrogens, pufas.... A lot of them are in the hull. Oats also lack phytase enzyme, they are the worst food. To eat all the other grains or pseudograins is a nonsense as well: millet, quinoa, buckwheat.... Actually the levels of saponins in quinoa are concerning. We only eat skinned wheat or rye bread or pasta and white rice. Mankind got much healthier when they started to eat white flour and white rice.

    What about organic cracked whole wheat bread? I eat this and feel fine compared to regular breads or flours

    Millte is needed or add,and reduce wheat, in agriculture.ok

    There was a lot of good content in this video BUT have you not seen Stephanie Seneff’s new book Toxic Legacy ? Or listened to her on utube?
    Or heard Zach Bush on Glyphosate causing leaky gut? There is more than you covered that is really important, so I hope you study these scientists and do another video!! You do a good job at presenting , but the ag chemical link you glossed over way to sparingly
