Remember just like olive oil, you can eat macadamia oil, which means buy it from the supermarket in the oil section.
I love macadamia oil and use it on my skin everyday when I come out of the shower. It's a lovely light oil.

Dear great grand: Never comb your luscious curls on dry, freshly washed hair. Add water and take your time and add back moisture before touching it. It will save your tender head.

You helped me grow my hair almost 6in in 7 months from super low waves. I’ve followed your advice learning all this as a guy on my own is tough. I did realize how unhealthy most women’s hair care is. My aunt who is 50+ didn’t even know about opening the cuticle to allow moisture. I asked her for a hot towel from the microwave and she thought I was crazy until I explained it lol. Anyway thank you Will you marry me lol jp

    Hi,
I use kukui nut oil for my hair.
I just start using it after I find out what it can do for your hair
But most of all it makes your hair very soft.
Specialy when you use it when you have new hair growth on your relaxed hair.
Also it also very hydrated for your scalp.
So there for your scalp feels less dryer.
Sometimes I use it also in combination with other oils.
But for now is kukui nut oil my favorite oil.
And what I will say to anyone is
    >Treat your hair like it is gold ,
    Be careful with your hair.
Take the time when you take, care
    of your hair.
    Love and embrace your hair

I would tell my granddaughter to moisturize and seal your hair consistently! If you moisturize your hair girl, it will grow (in my singing voice). I started singing this song to my hair in 2018, loving on her more, taking my time to detangle and being happy about wash/pamper day. Better mindset and my hair is loving it!!!😁❤🥰

Thank you for talking about these oils. When you go to Hawaii all you hear about is kukui nut oil. It’s very popular. It’s light weight and doesn’t have a scent. You can also, like many oils, use it on your skin. I infused mine with some brahmi mixed with peppermint essential oil for scalp massages.

Hi CC, love the info on these new oils to add to my hair arsenal. Thank you!! In answer to your question, I would do the same as you and tell her to love accept and be very proud of her hair no matter what because it's beauty in all its glory. I truly wish the woman in my life would have told me that repeatedly while growing up. I am still on the journey of loving and accepting my beautiful natural hair as is but I would definitely be in love with her already had I been told sooner.
