Thank you and glad you enjoyed the video. I was a little hesitant with the colors in the beginning, but like how it tuned out as well. Thank you for watching and commenting.
You do VERY NICE WORK. I wasn’t too sure at first. I thought big deal but by the time you were done I was like “Holy Cow! That looks incredible. Thanks for such great information.
Awesome video I have seen so many lately I don't know which one I want to wrap because they are all good. I guess I will need to build a few more rods. And I prefer the music, It's not loud enough that it takes away from the video and it does sound better then listening to your thread tension.. LOL
@@garymiller-ed4bn - thank you Gary, and I’m glad you like the content in this one. I do know it was a little long, but it seems like that people like it because it covers the whole process. Thanks again for watching and commenting.
Absolutely Amazing 😮... I've tied Flies never thought about Rod Building. Who do you suggest for Long Blanks, I'm interested in making a Beach Plunker...
@@rfisher79 - it depends, but if you looking at building your first rod, I would look at Mudhole or Get Bit Outdoors and see if they have a blank you would like. Unless there is one you are specifically looking for. Does this help?
Decided to go with the fade, I started it today but ran out of time I will work on it more this week. You make it look so easy and I'm having a hell of a time. but I think it looks good so far. Don't know where I can send a picture of it for you to take a look and tell me what's wrong with it
Hey Jeff, I’m sure it looks good. Are you on Instagram or Facebook? If so you can DM/IM me there. If not, let me know and we will figure something else out.
I finished this video two days ago and watched the video on color preserver. Since these colors are so vivid and the epoxy will darken it. Would you use the preserver?
@@reelbluecustomrods Yes. I saw those. But the question was how did you get them there? ie How did you get them 180 degrees opposite one another? It looks like you just arbitrarily put the second piece of thread down.
My friend who builds rods said he can’t do this because he needs a jig to do this. It looks like all of you do it by hand for the most part. I kinda wanna try this my self and have him just finish it
Sorry to hear that Allen…I only use the music to take up some of the long quiet portions of the video. Next one won’t have music. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Very nice wrap! I really like the way those three shades of pink fade together.
Thank you and glad you enjoyed the video. I was a little hesitant with the colors in the beginning, but like how it tuned out as well. Thank you for watching and commenting.
Definitely my favourite!!!! Reminds of retro arcade games
Glad you like it Billy Bob, and thank you for watching and commenting.

It was a great performance, long but it was very interesting. Thanks

No Dave. These threads I used are NCP thread (non color preserver). Which means you do not need to add it. Thank you for watching and commenting.
How did you know you were on the exact opposite of the rod when you put the thread down the second time?
I make red and blue marks on the top and bottom….color coded. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Thank you for watching and commenting. 🙏 And yes, you should give it a try, or or I could do it for you if you like.
Hey bud. Are you still doing lives? I dont get notified of any of your new videos or live streams.
Yes I am, but I have not done any in a while, so that is probably why you have not seen a notification.
I am going down a rabbit hole and I not returning without a rainbow fade wrap fishing rod to flex them non-custom rod user
