That's a good question, your budget would give you a lot of options, I assume accessibility to schools would be a priority and also your preferences for demographics and amenities.

The simple answer to your question is Yes. But currently there are only 3 homes for sale, in all of SW Calgary, that fit your criteria. So the options are limited.

I think Somerset is a good area, statistically it's a safe neighborhood, and there is excellent access to transportation and amenities.

Yes. And close to the Somerset-Bridlewood C-Train Station plus Wal-Mart, Calgary Co-op, Superstore, Sobey's, Safeway, the Passport Office, South Calgary Health Centre, YMCA, and Spruce Meadows.
