    Oh how nice!! I’ve never done this before!! Felt sooo good!! I woke up in a SNS this morning ugh working out too much. I use a polar heart monitor that I do every morning bc I have adrenal issues.. adrenal fatigue. After doing this I feel so good! Thank you! I’ll do this throughout the day and tonight! 😃
