The sea urchin, snake heads, and the red sea fan are my favs today, though if I included living creatures the star fish truly was the star. Thanks for another beachcombing adventure Maddie. 🙂
G'day Oceanluvn Gal 👋🏻🌊💖 Haha, I love that, the star fish got its own place on the Oceanluvn Walk of Fame ✨⭐✨ The sea urchin, snakeheads, and seabush were also lovely, but nothing quite wins against seeing beautiful creatures living in their natural habitat 😄 As always, thank you so much for watching 🥰
G'day Bearseyeview 👋🏻💖 I did have my tongs, didn't you see them? They were safely in my backpack. What, don't look at my like that 😭🤣 In my defense, I did realize pretty quickly that the Textile Cone was an old shell 🐚 but you're right; I'll be more careful next time I see one. Thank you so much 🥰
Very true, I feel that way in real life when the water ripples and I can't quite understand what I'm seeing. Again, thank you for worrying about me 💖 if I ever disappear one day without a word...well, I don't think I'll get harpooned, but you never know!! I'll stay as safe as possible, thanks Bearseyeview ❤️🐌
The Red Sea fan was phenomenal!!! 🪸🪸🪸 My favorite was the sea urchin too!!! I think it will be well worth it to clean it up. Can’t get enough of those operculums!!! 🥰❤️🥰 Loved your two-in-one find… the bonnet with the cowrie inside. 😚 Was a fabulous shell adventure today, thank you Maddie! Have a great weekend! 👋🏻❤️🐚
G'day Pam 👋🏻💖 It was super amazing 🤩 I've never seen such a huge piece of that red seabush/fan stuff; it must have been an entire branch of it!! Hehe, looks like our favourites match up though, and I'll be sure to post a picture of it all cleaned up one day (maybe not soon though, I'm ignoring the rotting thing until I mentally prepare myself). I'm so, so pleased that you enjoyed the adventure today, it was very nearly a short one with the lack of shells that day (don't worry, they've come back for me now), but it turned into a really amazing day in the end. Thank you so much for coming along on this adventure with me, Pam 🥰
G'day Briana 👋🏻🐚 The starfish was super adorable 😍 I haven't seen it again since then; it makes you wonder where all of the amazing wildlife is hiding sometimes! The Red Coral is really amazing too... Soft, stinks a little (hehe, I never miss a chance to complain 🤣), but absurdly red and beautiful 😍 Thank you so much for joining the adventure today 🥰
Morning Maddie ! Oh my I really feel my stomach drop sometimes when you stick your hands down in those rock pools without a glove. That sea star was beautiful and that red sea bush was magnificent. Hey there is lady on here from Florida that puts sea urchins out in a box in her yard and lets the ants clean them out for a couple of weeks and then scoops the inside to make sure everything is out and gives them a bleach bath and coats them with the glue. Loved the adventure as always. Catch you later. Stay safe.
Yes, you just pop open the mouth part and leave it in a small cardboard box lying on its side so the ants can clean it out for you. It will take a while but worth it.
G'day Anita 👋🏻💖 Haha, I'm sure it's fine??? The holes are a bit dark and scary...but this is Australia, and there is NOTHING scary here, right??? 😅 Oh my gosh, thank you so much for the advice about the sea urchin. I currently have mine outside and I've been resolutely ignoring it for now. I hope the ants are doing something to it, but yes, I know I'll need to clean out the innards 😭 and yes, I have been looking on the internet for advice too, and I think a very quick and very diluted bleach bath will be okay if I coat them with a water/glue solution afterwards. Ahhh another thing on the to-do list 😉 Thank you so much for watching Anita, I hope you enjoyed the day as much as I did 🤩🥰
G'day Ministry of Hope 👋🏻💖 Thank you so much, I'm talking any and all advice on board for this cleanup! The oven method that I mentioned is apparently for keeping the urchin intact; spines and all. I want mine to be... bald...naked? 🤣 Thanks for watching 🥰
Hi Maddie The sea Urchin was really different but I think that the Red Sea Fern was the standout today. There’s a nice selection of Cowries also today. Once again thanks for allowing us to come along on your shelling trip.
G'day Aussie Dirt Digger 👋🏻💖 Hehe, the Red Fan was just lovely, it's surely the biggest piece of it I've ever seen!! Just goes to show that the reef around here are super healthy to have pieces like this washing up. As always, thank you for taking the time to visit these rock pools with me 🥰
G'day Guadalupe 👋🏻💖 Hehe, the vibrant red colour on that seabush is just so lovely 😍 I'm glad that you liked seeing it as well! Gosh, the rock pools have exploded with life and sea creatures lately, it's been an absolute pleasure to see. I can't wait to show you even more 🦀 Thank you so much for watching 🥰
Hey Maddie! Wow! What a day. The sea urchin is incredible. Glad that you kept it being so rare a find. Can’t wait to see what it looks like cleaned up. Glad you had some great finds including the Red Sea bush!
G'day Mary 👋🏻💖 Hehe, thank you, it was a lovely day 😁 it was very nearly a bust until that last hour or so of looking, and then it was a big win 🤩 The sea urchin is quite rare here, but that's a good thing; I've heard that urchin eat coral(?), so we don't really want them on our reefs. It's a very good sign that we never see them here, but finding one is fun and it's definitely a keeper! I'll probably post pictures of it all cleaned up on my Facebook page one day...I'm ignoring it for now until I mentally prepare myself for the task. Thank you so much for watching, Mary 🥰
Hey Maddie!! What good finds today. The sea Urchin is amazing can’t wait to see it once you have it cleaned please please please!! The Hairy Triton was also a favorite. The Red Sea bush is going to look so good on the shelf with the other shells you have.🪸🪸🐚
G'day Melisa 👋🏻💖 Thank you, I had a really lovely day in the end, and it was a pleasure to be able to share it 😊 Ahhh, the sea urchin, I can't wait to see and show it all cleaned up as well... but, I have left it outside to ignore it...I need to mentally prepare myself for the smelly task 😅 so I'll show it, uh, when that happens some day!! Oh wow, yes, the Hairy Triton was extra lovely as well; and it will be much easier to clean 🤣! Thank you so much for watching 🥰
I love the bonnets, but I love The shark eye too!! Oh my goodness I love them all!! But I never get to go shelling, you are just finding so many great shells! So happy for you!! Keep up the great videos!
G'day Debbie 👋🏻💖 Oh wow, you liked the bonnets in this one 😲 but hmmm, the "shark eye" hehehe, we don't have them in Australia, but these Bladder Moon Snails sure look almost exactly like them!!! Aww thanks for coming along on these virtual shelling adventures, I'm absolutely thrilled that you're enjoying them 🏖️🐚 Thank you so much for watching 🥰
Hey there Friend!! 👋🏼😊 The Prickly Spotted Drupe was my favorite today. 🥈 place is The Eroded Cowries, and 🥉 is going to go to the Chestnut Moonsnail. I have to give a shoutout to the Giant Hairy Triton!! Safe Shelling my friend!! TTYL ❤
G'day Mimi 👋🏻💖 Oh wow, the Drupe was your favourite today ❤️ I've been lucky: more of them have been popping up lately, so I'm able to pick up more to show everyone! I feel like I went months without seeing them at one stage 🤔 Oh gosh, and the cowries and moon snail were pretty wonderful today too. The Chestnut Banded ones are becoming a little more common right now, I think I've gathered up three or four in the best few weeks? Woohoo! Thanks Mimi, I'm looking forward to more shelling, and bringing you more amazing shells to see soon 🐚 Thanks for watching 🥰
Great finds, Maddie. The sea star and red sea branch were amazing. Of course, the bonnets are always on my favorite list. Thanks for the close up of the sea hare. They are so cute!
G'day Diane 👋🏻❤️ The sea star was just the nicest I've ever seen 🤩 it's almost a perfect representation when I think of a starfish...if it was pink, it could have been from Finding Nemo! The Red Seabush was a big highlight for me as well 😍 and gosh, if you liked those sea hare, I have some gigantic ones coming up in the next video...all the marine life is coming out for the cooler season!! Thank you so much for watching 🥰
Good evening, Maddie. I hope you are having a wonderful day. The sea urchin is really cool and cool after the spins come off. I saw a video where after it is all dry they use some kind of glue on the inside and outside to keep it more stable and does not break as easy. The snake-heads are very nice. It is awsome when you find the triton with that much hair on them and then how beautiful they are when you get the hair off them. Seeing the live starfish, crabs in the shells and the sea hair is just amazing to me. The textile cone was very nice on one side. I like the prickly drupe shells, the caption cones and the cowries. I just cannot pick a favorite one. I really enjoy learning more about sea shells and the live critters. Once things calm down with my mom and I no longer have to talk care of hee I am going shelling somewhere. We just got done getting a 105.5 temperature down one her. The don't think she would not of made it if I did not see the signs. Now she is has a normal temp but no energy. Anyways thank you so very much for sharing such beautiful thing in the oceans. It always amazes me. Thank you for ÿour time filming and friendly person you are. Have a great day/weekend. Thank you Maddie
G'day Toni 👋🏻💖 I have been having a lovely day; taking it easy at home because it was raining this morning but ahhh, it's sunny now, I should have gone out shelling 😅 The sea urchin is hopefully look amazing when I get to it eventually 🤩 I also read an article that mentions glue, and I think that's a fantastic idea 💡 a sheller friend actually had his own sea urchin find shatter when I dropped it from just an inch high, he was so upset 😔. I will learn from him and make sure mine has the glue to reinforce it 😲 I have so much work to do for it, but it will be worth it; same with the Hairy Triton too. Oh that's right, there has been SO MUCH marine life in the rock pools lately, it's been quite exciting, and I can't wait to show you more 😄 Oh wow, I mean, I know you have a lot to deal with at home, so I know how hard it is to get away, but I'm thrilled that you'll go out and have you own shelling adventure somewhere when you're ready; how absolutely exciting 🤩 Also, oh my goodness, good on your for saving her life 😳 Wow Toni, do you even realize how amazing you are? I hope you do. As for me, I have been busy and not sent you the thing I've wanted to send, but them I keep finding more for your box, so think of it as a mixed blessing 😅 but between the two of us, your collection is about to explode 😉 Thank you to you as well; your beautiful comments on every single video for a long a year now have just meant more to me than you'll ever realize...wow, again, I hope you realise how amazing you are. Thank you for everything you do 💖🥰💖
Maddie, I don't think you realize how amazing you are to so many people. You give your shells to other sellers and other sellers to you. You have touched people's lives that can not get out of their homes. I look forward to seeing your videos every week. I will not be able to go on any shelling adventures anytime soon. The nurse who checks on how things are going with my mom says that we could have so easily lost her. She tells me that I am doing a great job, but then I wonder why I did not chath this even sooner. What I can do to help her life be the best it can until it is her time. So you save me from wondering about that so much. You help me realize I am doing everything she needs and wants. I want to thank you for everything you do for everyone who you help get through there week. You make me stop and think hard about the shells and puts a smile on my face when I remember the shells' names. That way, you help keep my mind busy, and I don't huver over her too much. I still make sure she has what she needs and wants. Like with you, i needed to find and really enjoy something, and you helped me with that. You are very nice to people and animals. You are a great gift in my eyes. Thank you very much. Have a wonderful day 😊
Hi Maddie, I love the red Sea Bush, it is so beautiful. How wonderful to see the Sea Star and Mr. Sea Hare. The Cowries and the Cones are my all-time favourites too.
G'day Florence 👋🏻💖 Hehe, that red seabush has been getting a lot of live this time; the colour is honestly just spectacular 🤩 it was such a delight to pull out from the rock. Also, there has been so much marine life around lately, and some of it will be making it into the next episodes for sure! But also, I'm glad that you still enjoyed the shells today too 😉 Thank you for coming along on this adventure 🥰
Hi, Maddie. I found myself saying Don't do it Maddie, you need Tongs! It's the mom in me. Actually your probably closer to my grand daughters age. Anyways my favorite it the red sea bush. Love that piece, also love the lace coral. That last bonnet you picked up reminded me of a chicken egg held to a light. They have little vines when the eggs are viable. I wouldn't want to touch that nast squirt stuff 😩. I do have a love for all the live creatures you show us. Beautiful sea star, and that precious sea hair. I do love all the little crabs inside the shells. I found it very sweet the way you talked to that adorable sea hair. I know I'm weird, but I'm okay with that. 😂 Please get some tongs, so I don't worry about you getting harpooned. Just saying 😂 Thanks again for all the enjoyment you share with us.
G'day Roberta 👋🏻💖 Oh gosh, I'm sorry for worrying you 😭 for that old textile cone, it was nearly instantly obvious to me that it was an old shell; I don't believe one with a live creature in it would be pitted like that. And yeah, I have tongs in my bag, it's just a pain to get them out when I didn't think there was a risk 😅 But thank you, it's nice to know that someone is worrying for me 😄 Oh wow, the red seabush is the favourite today ❤️ it's been getting a lot of love in the comments today; it really is an amazing piece, probably the biggest I've ever seen anyone find. Haha, there is a lot of life in the rock pools today, but yeah, that seaquirt is really rough to feel; I think it slightly irritates my skin after I touch it? Not enough to leave a mark usually, but, I don't know, just something I can't really quantify very well other than "I don't like it much" The sea hares are much better though, I don't might touching them now. I talk to them a bit like how I talk to my cat 😺 and there is nothing wrong with that! As always Roberta, thank you so much for coming along with me 🥰
Hi Maddie, lots of goodies today! Loved the black and white drupe, sea hare having his lunch, the Red Sea bush and that huge starfish should be called Patrick because he is the same colour as Sponge Bobs friend! 😂 yes, one day I will grow up and stop being silly, not too soon though I hope. That sea urchin looked like a mini land mine. 💣xxxx
G'day Alison 👋🏻💖 Hehe, there was somehow a heap of goodies yes, though there very nearly wasn't 😅 luckily the shells came back for me for the next video 🐚✨🐚 I'm so pleased that you liked the awesome Drupe and Seabush, but if course, the starfish was the star of the show 🤩 hmm, isn't Patrick a pink starfish? Hehe, how doesn't love watching Sponge Bob, I don't think anyone can ever really grow out of that!! Oh wow, I didn't think of that: yeah, it looked like a...wait...land mine?? Alison, I think you mean underwater mine 🤔 in any case, wow, it really does look the same!!! Hehe, thank you so much for watching 🥰
G'day Trudy 👋🏻💖 Haha, the sea star was a cutie! Loved his colour...too bad I couldn't find his species, I really did try 😅 The red sea bush has a fantastic colour too, so vibrant! As always Trudy, thank you for coming along with me 🥰
Morning Maddie , you kno me and i 2 favorites and they are #1 is the red sea bush #2 is the 2nd erosa . I'm glad that the waves🌊🌊 where little but it hurt the shellers with hardly no shells. Thank you for your videos and your family 😽😽😻. Live to yours from mine❤❤❤
G'day Sheila 👋🏻💖 Oh wow, your favourites were completely different than mine!! The Red sea bush was so much fun to uncover 😍 and gosh, I love Erosas too, so I guess they're always my favorite 🐌✨ Phew, the small shells were great, but yeah, not a lot of shells in this one. The waves have been low all week, but I had a lot more luck with shell finds in the next few beach trips (I've been going out a lot this week with the low tides)! Awww thanks Sheila, give my love to Poopoo... 🤣 Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Sherry 👋🏻❤️ Hehe, thank you, the shells today were really lovely, though I very nearly didn't have enough to show 😅 but still, an awesome day 😲 Thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Nikoleta 👋🏻💖 Oh my goodness thank you, I had a great time collecting these today! The Red Coral is so lovely, the colour is amazing 🤩 As always Nikoleta, thank you so much for joining this adventure 🥰
G'day Cathy 👋🏻💖 Oh for sure, I think it will look amazing when it's all clean! I mean, I hope so...I don't actually know which species it is, so I'm not 100% sure what it will look like without all of those spines 🤔 Thank you so much for watching 🥰
OMG Maddie you found some really good ones!! Can't believe what a day I had with Jamila lost a hour 😭😅 but glad we hanged out with you ❤ especially Jamila 😅 we did go to down under opal after that, It was good prices went a bit but for the experience and crystals you find worth it. Forgot to send you pictures sorry but hectic week n days 😔 I'll try to send you some pics.
G'day Natacha 👋🏻💖 Hehe, it was an interesting day indeed! Ooof, yeah, that's was pretty tough with Jamila wandering off, but it was a lesson learned for her, and it all ended okay, so we can thank our lucky stars for that! On the plus side, it sounds like she had an amazing birthday!! Ouch, it seems like prices are going up everywhere 🥲 but wow, I wouldn't mind visiting there one day! Definitely send some pictures when/if you have time, I look forward to it! Ahhh, my week always seems busy as well, I finally have a catch-up day now 😆 which I'm relishing! Anyhoo, thank you so much for tuning in once again 🥰
@@SandCoffeeRocks yess Jamila did learn her lesson 🙏 You should definitely go see there's a small cup for 10 bucks or a bigger cup would be 17 bucks they do also have afterpay available hehe if that helps. They sometimes have rough opal rocks but I didn't find any. I would to see do a video or pictures if you go ☺️ have a nice day 😁
Sounds like pretty good value still 🤩 I have a question; is it just kids who can participate in the cup of mystery gems, or are adults okay for it too? The store is a bit out of my way (about 45 minutes down the highway for me) but one day I'd like to go in there for sure. Would love some pictures of what you brought home 😍
G'day Isabelle 👋🏻🐚 Awwwww gosh, thank you so much Isabelle 🥰 I really appreciate that, I'm so glad you enjoy the shells and my commentary about them 😁 Thank you again for watching 🥰
G'day Reet 👋🏻💖 Oh don't worry, I think I'll definitely show off that Hairy Triton's transformation! Nothing like getting a hair cut 🤣! The red stuff, I call it Seabush it a Sea Fan, but I'm not sure about it's actual name. I don't really have a good resource to find out, but yeah, it's absolutely beautiful ❤️ I don't think it's coral, but a soft plant of some kind. As always Reet, thanks for watching 🥰
G'day Cindy 👋🏻💖 I am so lucky and blessed to live in a place with these amazing creations of nature 🐚🐌 I'm so glad that you enjoyed seeing them today 😀 Thanks for watching 🥰
The sea urchin, snake heads, and the red sea fan are my favs today, though if I included living creatures the star fish truly was the star. Thanks for another beachcombing adventure Maddie. 🙂

Please get some tongs, so I don't worry about you getting harpooned. Just saying 😂
Thanks again for all the enjoyment you share with us.
Hi Maddie, The sea star and red fan coral I like. Hairy Triton 's nice. Thank you and have a great day. Love, TRUDY
Oh all the shell u find are beautiful ❤️ them all
Kool finds today love the urchin too .
G'day Sherry 👋🏻❤️ Hehe, thank you, the shells today were really lovely, though I very nearly didn't have enough to show 😅 but still, an awesome day 😲 Thanks for watching 🥰
Beautiful shells. My favorite today is red coral 🪸.
G'day Nikoleta 👋🏻💖 Oh my goodness thank you, I had a great time collecting these today! The Red Coral is so lovely, the colour is amazing 🤩 As always Nikoleta, thank you so much for joining this adventure 🥰
@SandCoffeeRocks You're welcome. Really, I love your videos. They are wonderful .
The sea urchin is my favorite. I may be stinky and hard to clean but it will be worth it. There's lots of advice on how to clean them on the internet.
@@SandCoffeeRocks yess Jamila did learn her lesson 🙏
You should definitely go see there's a small cup for 10 bucks or a bigger cup would be 17 bucks they do also have afterpay available hehe if that helps.
Would love some pictures of what you brought home 😍
i love your videos so much
G'day Isabelle 👋🏻🐚 Awwwww gosh, thank you so much Isabelle 🥰 I really appreciate that, I'm so glad you enjoy the shells and my commentary about them 😁 Thank you again for watching 🥰
Would love to see the hairy triton cleaned up. I think I like that red thingy. What was it called again?
G'day Reet 👋🏻💖 Oh don't worry, I think I'll definitely show off that Hairy Triton's transformation! Nothing like getting a hair cut 🤣! The red stuff, I call it Seabush it a Sea Fan, but I'm not sure about it's actual name. I don't really have a good resource to find out, but yeah, it's absolutely beautiful ❤️ I don't think it's coral, but a soft plant of some kind. As always Reet, thanks for watching 🥰
Oh all the shell u find are beautiful ❤️ them all
G'day Cindy 👋🏻💖 I am so lucky and blessed to live in a place with these amazing creations of nature 🐚🐌 I'm so glad that you enjoyed seeing them today 😀 Thanks for watching 🥰
