@@pointsnpoles4640 thanks brother! I just subbed you back! No doubt man I’m sure we got some overlapping creeks. I don’t make it that way that often anymore but occasionally I’ll make a trip out if things are slow back home.
@Almost_Average_Huntera Pendant is like a once in half a lifetime find frankly I have a couple but many MANY years apart. One is actually a little round jade pendant, one simple basalt with no etching, and 1 basalt with INCREDIBLE etching patterns. But many many years apart Same with pipes. You can expect to find atleast 1 in a lifetime of hunting if you're dedicated andabey 2-3 but they are just so damn rare
Honestly i find doubles pretty damn often. I don't think people look around hard enough when they find one. Very often i find another within about 5-15ish feet of the first. BUT I'm hunting Creeks less often, around here it's mostly mud flats around lakes and rivers, and hunting the banks where the high water mark erodes into the fields ect so Mike just wash them out a bit differently I guess. Idk lol. I just know I find doubles pretty often atleast a few times a year (Here "Arrowhead season" is from Nov-April when the dams are open for the winter ect)
Yo! Great video and the effigy is amazing!!! Maybe river otter?!? The tail tells the story…good luck this year!!!
Beautiful finds, a few of those are nearly perfect

@@waynenorthspacebuoy3529 thanks!
Ever figure out what that oddball piece was? Fishing lure? Lol?
I have hunted myself for 40 years and have never had this problem.
What problem is that?
Which state are you in? Missouri? Kentucky? If you don’t mind saying
Missouri
@ thank you!
@ for sure! I do walk a couple creeks on the Illinois side but mostly Missouri.
@ I could tell by the size and quality of your finds that you must be in Missouri. Best of luck in 2025
@ lol we’re definitely spoiled here with quality lithics. Thanks and same to you!
Walking up on a pendant like that is month making/year making find
Oh absolutely! I’ve only ever found 2 and both came out of that same creek about 100 yards apart.

What about that big chunk of pottery at 9 minutes you can clearly see the base of a large pottery bowl
@@davidwilson2581 it’s the base of a modern plate. A lot of recent trash and debris in these creeks
