I swear i can’t get enough of Gen 5 Glock 26 content 🤷🏻♂️ purchased mine just under 2 months ago and it went from being my least desired Glock to my favorite Glock. Enjoy, you definitely chose an excellent gun 🙌😎
Just picked up a gen 5 26 myself after trading in my 43x. Didn’t really care for the 43x in the way it printed and shot. The 26 for me prints less and is more enjoyable to shoot plus it looks good next to my 19. 👍
Damn printing 😂🤦🏾♂️ I edc the G45 daily would like a 26 but that grip is for smaller hands I would literally need to add a plus 5 and at that point the G45 hands down is a better gun I’m jealous of you guys lol
@@BiggestOpp762 The G26 is easier to hold if you have big hands, your larger stronger fingers can get leverage to control the recoil without needing an extended grip. It’s people with smaller hands who have trouble controlling small guns
My all time favorite EDC. Your name and the Fleet Farm reference leads to believe you’re a fellow Minnesotan. Save some of those crappies for me, brothers. 😂
Very nice. I bought a 26.5 a month or so ago, but with it being so hot in North Texas, I haven't been able to get out and shoot it yet. It will be my new EDC, but not until I run some rounds through it first.
Definitely would rock the pinky extension on the mag , nice purchase tho can’t go wrong with a Glock, I’m picking up a Glock 30SF 45acp for my new CCW 😎👍
How do you manage safety? Holster, snap on trigger guard, or empty chamber? For fishing it should be on you, not in your tackle box. Since you’re outside (uncrowded) you could load it with Buffalo Bore designed to actually stop a bear . . . With careful placement and some luck. Check them and Underwood out, cheaper alternative M1152 Winchester with increased performance for the Army pistol program. If you don’t mind belt carry, I just got a factory Glock all plastic holster (full, not the minimalist one) with thumb strap and it’s a clever, light, and cheap design (but CCW might require concealed carry). Your doing the right thing.
Nice your going to be happy with your glock. But you should pick up a tungsten guide rod big help then flat face trigger of your choice did mine awesome so much better good luck 👍
Not a micro 9 but a compact. Not o ey large , can be concealed in a pocket holster. May want to try shooting it with pinky extension on mag. Snappier recoil than a 19
If you try to carry it in a pants pocket - like a thin Shield. In every other way feels perfect in hand. I guess the new single stack Glocks are an option, you are definitely not the only one looking for thinner.
Blocky or rounded is good for ccw, no sharp edges. Also, to people with taste, a simpler more industrial firearm is far more attractive than some Canik with pointless slide cuts and fruity gold accents

Good decision. Reliability is the most important factor in a firearm. Your life, not to mention your peace of mind is easily worth the extra money.
Congratulations and we needs more CCW. Stand your ground America!

Prints LESS? Due to shorter handle?

26 better to conceal handles recoil better, takes all Glock mags, prob more durable and reliable since it’s based off double stack

Very nice, I just picked mine up yesterday. Gen5 26
Can’t go wrong with the 26. It accepts the 33 round fun sticks too!
You made a great choice.

Less felt recoil than a 22lr LCP II.
