Cal Falcons: Beautiful Annie Loafs 🍞 on the Balcony 🏛️ 2024 Sep 13

Annie often hangs out on the balconies, but typically stays upright. Today, she decided to have a good, long loaf on one of the balconies. If it's good enough for the guys and the kids, it's good enough for Annie.

I saw that Cal Falcons posted an hour-long vid of Annie's loaf session. I decided that it was too nice a day for me to stay inside and loaf with Annie so I did some much-needed gardening. However, this abridged version is just what I needed post-dinner. It is very nice to see Annie having a well-deserved loaf on this fine day--thanks, SKH!

Hi @skhideaways! I know you’re very busy - I was just so curious why they tend towards stand on one leg? I would fall over!!! Is there any significance? If you have time or if anyone knows I’d be grateful! Thank you ! Liz

Always have time for you, Liz. Standing on one leg is typically a resting pose, believe it or not! They tuck their leg under their fabulous fluffy under parts and rest it there. I’ve also read that they sometimes do this if it’s cold ~ a built-in muff! Resourceful little things.
