Wow, amazing. That's crazy how you kept taking things to the next level. I saw you do the muscle up after the first 2 minutes and was like, "what is left??" Great job man, I hope to be able to train in similar fashion in near future! Great ideas too.
Thank you! Yeah I had already a good pulling strength at the start, but there will be always a way to do it better and progress. Let's go, you will if you train it with consistency 💪
