I viewed a gorgeous resale home in Henderson on the fairway and it has this model beat. This home has no warmth to it and is very industrial feeling....plus it's way overpriced. Home in Henderson is almost 5000 Sq ft, includes a pool, and the price is 1.1 million... what a steal.....

Here my critique: The living and kitchen are way to large. As a resale, the back should be made into a bedroom. The secondary bedroom was to small. I think some of your KB homes in the 400's have a better value. To me, strange layout, and overpriced. To each his own. I enjoy your Vlogs, and take care.

I understand what your saying but these types of homes in lake Las Vegas are usually second homes or bought by empty nesters who have the money and enjoy entertaining 😊
