Nice property, however, I would think for the price they are asking they should offer his & hers water closets we have that in our present home and trust me that has saved our marriage! Moreover, they could have added the pot-filler, plus 2 dishwashers, lastly, I would have added a gourmet gas Wolf range.
I was a bit surprised to only see one as well as I know some of the other collections in the community have two. They do have those other options available. With the models they have to pick and choose what they put into them as they are also putting a ton of money into the backyard. Models like this never appraise and if they put every option into them they tend to have difficulty selling. That being said with this market right now I know people are waiting for them so go figure. Lol
agree only one toilet? But a massive shower and room for a couch and that extra storage near the water closet. That could've been the other one. It's amazing for the price tag and the size of the kitchen it lacked a pot filler.

I would prefer gas stove. And we are thinking of moving to vegas and we love toll brothers design .we love this floor plan . 5 bedroom and 4 car garage
Beautiful home! I would turn the wine room into an enclosed office, reading room or display room with cosy chairs and dark tinted glass to make it more private. In the kitchen, I would have the ovens on both side of the burners in case I'm using both appliances at the same time (burnt legs come to mind lol). For people with bad backs, having to bend down to use the microwave is a pain. I'd have that put higher. I'd add an extra Frig in the spacious laundry area near the 3 bedrooms. I'd also put a pet washing area in laundry area. In the master bedroom, I would not have the smoked glass doors in front of a cabinet/shelf area ... looks weird. In the living room, some people (like me) have bigger TV's which won't fit in that re-determined inset space. I'd put a dark tint on the glass door leading into the pantry (can't have people coveting my sweet deserts in there, they might steal it!). Toll Brothers did a wonderful job with the floor plan. Like how they gave the smaller bedrooms a walk-in closet - that's often an overlooked feature. Wish I could afford a Toll Brothers home like this.
The wine room, forget it. Great place for a bar and back bar.
I thought the room was a little small as well but I feel like you could do some interesting ideas with it. I kind of like your idea better though

Beautiful home! I would make the wine room into my knitting room with colorful skeins of yarn on the wall and baskets with knitted throws and comfy chairs to relax in.

LOL those are induction cooktops… They’re actually really really expensive. Although I am right there with you and I would 100% go gas. Happy fourth!

those induction cook tops will only work with certain cookware. That's the drawback on that. And maybe more floating shelves and pot hangers near the cook top. And that exhaust vent unit it really high up.
I’m not sure what the lot size is but for that amount of money my neighbors on the side of me are too close. I need at least a half acre lot

About that enclosed office, lol, I would turn that into a showcase for , well you know, let's say hunting equipment.....lol.... the kitchen cabinets would be the deal breaker for me...I think I saw these sames ones in another home by toll bros, and said, yuck!
Nice big island abd really don't need a dining area for table and chairs. .
I like the no carpet look....don't need to worry about getting carpets cleaned and wearing out. Do need a good window covering on window over tub.....lol....
The kitchen does look sleek without all the cabinets. One could always hire a professional chef to prepare your dinner every night or go out to eat...this way the kitchen could stay perfect looking...

Lol hunting equipment. The great rooms are so big in these homes that they have second sitting areas. And I agree with you with the sleek look. There’s so much storage that you really don’t need the extra upper cabinets. This home has this incredible pool with water feature however it was pretty loud and I couldn’t go out and film without blowing out the audio. Glad you enjoyed it!
I would make a feature wall & make that room & add on master closet for him so I don’t have to share. Win win
Master so big there needs to be 2 water closets his & hers toilets areas. Island 2nd one I would make a higher separate tall island. Instead on extra windows & cabinets I would have all that opening sliders all the way around, connecting with dining windows so all open sliders. Windows sliders would be so STUNNING wrapped all around.
OOOOOO I love all of these ideas!!!!! Everything except the second closet as I would still be down the hall lol..... The fiancée has way too many clothes.

Those smoked glass doors in the main bedroom. Hmmm...not too sure of the reason for that but ok I guess. Would've been nice to head outside even just to hear the sound that water feature was making. And agree there should've been sliders near the BBQ area.
I was a bit perplexed as well. I love the design of that pool but trust me it is really loud! I was really surprised.

I waited for the model homes at view point. And they price gouching at 2.85 mil. And it looks like these will be the same. Taking advantage of this hot market
I asked them about this because I know 6 to 9 months ago they were around mid 1 million. The reason they told me they are so much more expensive (besides just the base price going through the roof) is they held off on their premium lots. I saw lots in the $30-$50,000 range and now they’re 600k+ since they have views.

What is the back wall in the dining area off the kitchen?
It's a polished black/grey tile accent wall where the ceiling is easily 20-24 ft. They used the same tile wall in the living room in the background where the built-in TV is, the white wall on the forefront of the TV wall is the white Quartz slab that they used in the Kitchen Island countertop as well as Kitchen Backsplash. In the foyer entry, they have used stone veneer-looking tiles, the same is used in the master bedroom in white color ledge stone veneer. With the amount of Glass, Sliders, Quartz, matte tile flooring, and accent walls, all of this easily 400K worth of upgrades.

Those are gas. I don’t remember which brand they put into this home but Toll Brothers has a bunch of different options for appliances.
I like the high ceilings, but lets talk about what I don't like. I don't like the office with no windows. Every room should have windows. The backyard is way too small. When you have a house this big you expect have a matching size backyard but I was disappointed with that tiny pool. I prefer the fire place be centered with the TV and not to the side and all couches facing TV.
Does Toll Brother build house in Washington state? I don’t think this house sell at $1.2m. Probably $3m. So don’t know the video may misleading.
I just don’t like the kitchen maybe because they used the induction range ..🤔? I just can’t imagine when you cook because of the high ceiling where is the smell of the food go ..? 🤔 I don’t know maybe because it’s new to me with a high ceiling without the hood on top of the cooking range..?🙄🤔😀

Hi Tyler, I love this house except for the kitchen cabinets. I am not a fan of the thermal foil or what ever it is called. It doesn't hold up all that well from what I have read.
Hey Mike glad you enjoyed it! I am sort of on the fence with them… They do look nice but I have read pros and cons on them. My biggest thing with them is I wonder how they will age and if they are just a trend.
@@VegasRealtorTyler I first learned about them watching Chakits Kruswolt's (Spelling) videos. I Googled them and what I read if they are near a stove or in a bathroom they may peel. I would prefer just plain stained or painted wood. Also for me the stove would have to be gas but all in all it is a beautiful home. I guess if I had it I would have to learn about wines. I like white wines but not a fan of red's. And I don't spend a lot on it. Maybe I'd make the wine room into a scotch room LOL as I prefer that.
That’s what I’ve heard as well. I’m right there with you though about having gas though. LOL that would be a neat idea! I’ve seen other people turn rooms like this into whiskey scotch and cigar lounges.
What is the final price of this exact model as is, is it the price in the description?
Full size bed in the second bedroom? For who, people that are 4ft tall? And that television placement in the living room how it’s off centre and then a huge empty space is just a turn off, then the electric cook top just ruined it. I think the people who design these houses need to re think their designs big time!! Other then that it’s a great video
No house should cost this much, that’s why all houses going down on prices, back to when it costed in 1950-1970 check those prices out
I wish that was the case… these models will probably go on the market at 3.5-4m.

Do you know any designers that can transform my loft style townhome into a showcase like this. LIKE WOW! I still think you can buy an average place, that has some architectural drama, and dress it up like this for a fraction of the cost. Just have to learn how to do it without making it look like lipstick on a pig.

This place has a superb top of the line quality echo, too, not a cheap echo like other builders. In a redo, though, it would be hard to reproduce that quality echo. This place is pure eye candy, next to the most beautiful site in the world: The Autobahn blurring past you at 250 kph.

Walking to the bathroom I thought the same thing. It’s massive but there really isn’t a lot of counter space. I feel like the area in the back where they did all the built-ins would be a really good spot.
Why does all the people realtors have to yell we can hear you it’s set up an echo and it’s not all that good when you listen to it
