The Mesa Ridge houses are the best! Unfortunately, the houses are too close together. I can’t imagine having the outdoor speakers and disturbing the neighbors. They are visually too close as well. Houses this big need to be 25’ apart.
Exactly, I'm going to pay $1million for a home and still be able hear my neighbor flushing his toilet? No Thanks ... plus they are ugly.

A mansion is generally a home that is at least 5,000 square feet. Realtors consider 8,000 or more square feet to be a mansion in some areas.

No... For a house to qualify as a mansion, it has to be at least 10k sqft or bigger. If a house is 5k sqft or 6k sqft then it would qualify as a MC-mansion. I know because of corporate greed and escalating costs... they are making things smaller and charging double the price these days. However, I'm old school to where I value both quality and quantity and size to match the price!

All the equipments like tv ,washing machines ,stoves etc are inclusive in the price or exclusive , is the other houses also similar to the sample house ?
Basic level appliances are included, the ones in the model home are upgrades. Lots of other upgrades in the home as well. Most people spend about 15% over base price upgrading with the builder but it takes more to make it look like the model homes

That’s actually pretty pricey. Sucks that inflation is kicking in because it has should cost around 400k out there. Just because it looks modern, doesn’t mean to inflate the price higher. The materials used cost way less out there too

I can find you one of those as well 👍 these days a lot of builders stack homes pretty close to each other unfortunately, but some communities have much larger lots available for a premium
obviously, the word obviously is this guy's favorite word.
as for that dining area off the kitchen, i would cut off those cabinets and that window to the next-door neighbor's house, and put a u-shaped booth there.
plus, the light fixtures downstairs gotta go.
overall, the downstairs is nice, good sized living room, pantry and prep kitchen. the upstairs is very disappointing,

1.1 million for the home, didnt talk about the 500k to750k lot premium they asked when we visited the model. In addition, almost nothing in the model is standard .With toll brother, the base is 1.1, with what was shown, bake in about 400-500k. Good tour and video, but be prepared for sticker shock.
True. Some of the upgrades can also be a bit expensive. Appreciate you input! Hopefully you were able to find a good home that you like

Way too close to neighbors. Especially the backyard where the pool is. Literally no privacy anywhere at all. You can literally turn your head and see your neighbors in their pool.
Just show us the house and get out of the way... Continuous views please.
