I think this suits you perfectly!
I like the house even at the price point. My draw backs are I wish this particular house had a 4th bedroom, at least a 4 car garage and finally I’m not a fan of all the added fees. I’m mean come on HOA, Sid’s and lids, $12k for clubhouse and a another fee for the clubhouse. Way too much just for living in the area.

Wow.... The unit itself is nice but those fees are absolutely nuts. If I'm paying $2M for a place I'd never be willing to pay that much in fees. I'd rather buy in a different area that's more private anyway. Great work displaying the unit Sir!

This home I would make some changes in the flex room and kitchen. Like the living room and love that pool area. The buy options sound like they could offer more incentives, Like the home overall.

I like this home and the design is really nice😋😋😋 I would change plenty of things though to suit my tastes and what not but I would live in this house after all my extra upgrades😊😊😊 the kitchen is awesome and so is the living room and I love the Casita.😋😋😋
But the tub needs to go🙁🙁🙁 the back yard is kind of small and not much to look at out back and I have no need for a pool because I'm disabled and can no longer swim😢😢😢
But like I said before the house is great it wouldn't take to much work to fix up this bad boy and we'd be good to go🙂🙂🙂
So you like wrestling Chuck I was a super fan of the WWE and WCW back in the late 80's and all of the 90's and I went to the Raws, Smackdowns, Nitros, and even Thunder😋😋😋 it was a lot of fun back then Chuck but I don't watch it anymore because it sucks now

Starting base price, would have to consider in closing costs, builder upgrades, and lot premium fees

The problem with that is finding a vacant lot for sale that is not attached to an HOA in Lake Las Vegas

They should *never show something* that is NOT available from the design studio❗️ can you imagine shopping for a car but all the colors and wheel/rim choices are not available? 😂😂😂
You see it every day on TV on commercials being played in TV. The model homes is a marketing tool for builders and it works
$378 HOA is too too much. People need to stop playing themselves. It's like voluntarily paying an additional tax every month.
Just like tax, there is no way around the HOA is you are looking to purchase in certain communities in the valley
Way too much seating in that backyard. Also I don’t ever imagine anyone using that front patio.
I feel like the senior citizens use the front patio more than any other age demographic
The inside of these kind of homes are beautiful but the modern design in my opinion is so bland. It’s just not timeless. It is designed for the moment but this kind of style in homes all over the valley just lacks character. Nothing special. Cheap looking. For the money I think there is better style. Interior is a slam dunk. Beautiful marble and windows. Lighting…. But man the outside is a yawn
