    Thank u for your video sir I'm suffering from l5 s1 disk bulge annular tear mentioned in my mri report , I do exricse but still pain is not completely gone . Mri m samjh n ni aa rha mild nerve route compression h l5 s1 , annular tear please guide Me

    Do you have any recommendations for one sided Lumbar Pain with negligible disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1?
    Stiffness after walking for 15 mins
    Localised pain at times with spasms. No shooting pain down the leg, no sciatica.
    History of Hip Labrum Repair and Pincer shaving . Intermittent relief that lasts 10-15 days , then comes back

    Hello Doctor , My age is 17 from few days i have pain in my left leg sometimes it pains and sometimes not and i am also overweight So this pain is related to overweight or slip disc , please help i am worried because while walking or bending down i dont feel pain but only at night the pain starts , please reply asap 🙏

    Thank you so much dr.I faced seviour lower back pain so I took painkiller. But when I started these exercises then after 4 days I didn't take pain killer.     Good morning sir मुझे चलने मै परेसानी होतीं हैं 100 मीटर भी पैदल नही चल पाता हूं चलने पर दाहिना पैर पुरा कमर से लेकर नीचे नीचे तक सून हो जाता हैं और दर्द सुरु हों जाता हैं
    क्या मेरे लिए भी ये सही रहेगा
