Hey there! Don't worry, I get notifications on all the videos regardless if it is new or old :) It is possible to use the same colors but apply them with dry brushing. It will look different in the end, since that results in a different style of painting, but it is absolutely doable. I suggest watching some Artis Opus videos about dry brushing techniques if you haven't yet! :)
I have a question if you was to use Vallejo paints what colours would you replace with? I tend to struggle with Citadel paints out side of the metallics .
I don't really have the exact color matches in my Vallejo collection, but if I had to use what I have I would probably do a basecoat with Violet, then highlights with Warlord Purple and Squid Pink. There might be better color matches, but these should give you something comparable. I hope that helps 🙂
