Still so humble as a person after all the years of progression. Watching over all these years as you grow has been a huge inspiration on starting my own youtube journey and now that I'm on that journey it makes me appreciate even more so, all the content and everything you have done! The LZ compound is a huge inspiration as well, I struggle finding time to consume as much content as I would like now I create as well, but I still come back here, especially when my vision for my future is getting foggy, seeing what you have created puts my head right again.

Ring isn't bad for private or home use, but when you have a large businesses warehouse or a compound of the size of Adams, Simplysafe is a much better more secure option when you have a lot of valuable equipment in it.

I love the fact that you're pulling financial statements and running reports. That speaks mountains for how well you're put together on the business end. Words like PNL, Balance sheets, cash flow, and spend are all so important for an owner to conceptualize. Best of luck on your journey for further success.

As someone who's been watching as I rebuild my life, it's pretty cool to see the actual costs of owning a "dream compound" as well as being able to hire your friends. It's honestly all the more transparency for the goals lots of us have.
I was honestly expecting that place to cost 2 or 3 times as much as it did. After TJ hunts video yesterday I was looking at houses at thermal club and the only one on Zillow was $3.6mil. So the fact that you got that entire compound with basically your own personal race track for like 5/8ths the cost of one house is crazy (obviously Cali vs Florida, but still...)

Oh ya. I’m in Toronto and the houses in my neighbourhood are going for over a million now days. Even though we bought ours 20 years ago for 400k.
I think the only other place anyone could of found a compound that size in the same price range would be Texas.
