    I’ve made this quite a few times now. I didn’t have any canned plum tomatoes today. So I used tomato paste and tomato sauce instead. Still turned out great! Full of flavors!

    I made this with your lemon rice for my partner and I and it was absolutely delicious! I tried to upload a photo but I can't for some reason. Thanks, Hari! Another lovely recipe!

    I can't understand why your channel doesn't have massively more views. Great presentation, great work, wonderfully shot... but a bloke with a selfie stick gets millions of views of him eating...

      Ian Bell haha thanks Ian. Just need to keep pushing and spread the word. Thank you for watching - glad you enjoyed it. Please do share the channel to help me grow.

      Maybe not enough capitalisation in your titles and not enough hyperbole. 'THE BEST EVER Lamb Kofta Recipe', 'Going DEEP! for some spices in xxxx'... etc... Maybe :)

    This looks like a tasty dish, have made your Keema and it was delicious, this is next on my list.
    Had friends round a couple of weeks ago my pal from Bangladesh cooked a chicken curry we all agreed it was awesome, you cant beat home cooked food.

      Hari Ghotra Had a look at your website very impressive, what i like about the videos is i can see exactly how you cook and prep it down to the last detail, before i did the Keema i must have watched the video ten times to get it spot on, the most crucial part was getting the onions and tomatoes cooked properly like you, the rest was easy, many many thanks.

      bmwnasher Glad you like it. You are absolutely right - it's all about the masala so cooking the onions is key. Hope you enjoy some of the other dishes too.

    Do you ever make a curry using quorn meatballs. I'm a vegetarian and would like to try authentic curry using soya

      @HariGhotra  6 років тому

      Hi You can use all kinds of veg to make the balls with. Paneer, soya, minced veg, marrow is great or even minced potatoes. You may need to add some gram flour to help bind some of the veggie ones, then fry and add to the masala. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

    Could you add yoghurt to this sauce?

    • @HariGhotra
      @HariGhotra  9 років тому

      +londontrada Yes you certainly could for a creamy finish with a little tang. Let me know how it comes out. Thanks Hari

    Hi Hari
    Is it ok to use cumin powder instead of crushed seeds for this dish? I had lots of cumin seeds buI I roasted them and ground them all to powder. ( silly me ) Great video as usual, many thanks.

      Yes of course it is. I prefer to grind and use seeds rather then a powder because they hold their aromatics for longer. As soon as they are ground the oils start to evaporate. But I am also a firm believer in use what you have in your kitchen. I hope you enjoy them, they are delicious! Thanks for watching!
