Latif, I just cooked this. I went full gorilla and doubled the volume of meat. It was a rip snorter of cosmic proportions! You have excelled yourself with this one. The fennel works really well. Keep them coming !! I regularly cook your dishes now and tell people you are The Man for curries. Best of wishes from Bondi Beach, Australia.
Best lockdown drinking game: 1 drink for every time Mr Latif says "Beautiful" or "Fragrant". You'll be smashed by the time the spices are added. Great vid as always
Your food is so amazing. Every time I cook it friends can’t get enough. A good curry in oz is so rare, yet with your vids it’s so easy! Totally blown away.
I made them exactly how you made them and all I can say is OMG they were wonderful thank you so much for sharing your cooking knowledge with us amazing thank you
Amazing. Thank you so much. Did this over the weekend and cooked them over a Weber Charcoal BBQ and served them with homemade flatbread and TzatzikI. Incredible and a great crowd pleasing recipe . Thanks again for posting.
Ah, SO yummy, and easy enough to prepare. They look so succulent, I could easily devour the whole batch! Thanks for sharing. Wouldn't mind diving into the 'behind-the-scenes' dishes, either!
I don't usually have much time to watch your videos and therefore like them. I wish there was a bulk like function. I have to leave the UK for family reasons several ears ago. One of the things I miss is Indian food and your videos are just fantastic. I have so many to try at home I don't know where to start. Thank you so much and greetz from France.
Thank you for the video. I am making lamb kofta tonight, and will use your technique. I like the flattened out kofta idea. I will be using my home made Lebanese baharat for ground spice, which is my personal favorite, as well as putting some fresh chopped mint leaves into the mix. Otherwise everything will be very close to yours. Thanks again for the great videos on wonderful BIR cooking.
Another superb easy to follow recipe. I have made several meals from your recipes, all have been easy and extremely tasty. Keep them coming please. PS. your Mums recipe for Lamb Keema with peas is gorgeous and so simple.
Videos my friend thank you for doing these. every time I see your thinking I want to come back to England I live in Australia now. Your making it tough for me
One of the best recipes , thanks🙏🏻 I have already tried Turkish Köfte, nice but just meaty cause no spices used but parsley and pulbiber. Kindly please teach that lovely hummus. Good luck
I cook with my client. Every monday is curry monday and we love trying out your recipes. Some work out better than others but practice makes perfect. I am from Brum but live in Devon. One day I hope to make it up to your resturant to taste how our attempts should taste.
I just made these. They are very good and certainly moist. I should have added more salt and green chilli. I used 1 red Thai chili and 1 poblano instead. You forgot to say how much corn flour (corn starch) to add. I guessed and used a good TBSP. They remind me of beef keema. Definitely great wrapped in a warm pita or chapati, etc.
Looks amazing, Latif is great at explaining his dishes, we have never been disappointed. we have tried a few now and the food just gets better and better. well done Latif, you remind me of my son in this video. We hoping to get to your restaurant in the future, regards Georgina and Mike x 😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤤
Latif, can you post the recipe for the Chicken Curry you cooked to go along with the Lamb Kofta as well as the Tamarind dipping sauce please? It looks delicious and simple. Greetings from Canada.
Just phoned your restaurant But your not available, Anyway I have a challenge for you. That is to create something tasty with a normal British white cabbage P.S not a starter??? Thanks Paul.
Looks delicious Latif. Thank you for posting. Definitely inspirational. Like the fennel seeds idea. Like to fresh mint too. How much corn starch did you?
@@sbegum246 yeah, you're definitely right. I also refer to my colleagues as "friends" and they don't come to work, they 'come over' Mondays to Fridays between 9:30 to 17:00. Sounds legit.
Can you freeze the kebabs? If so, freeze cooked or freeze raw? I'm asking because it would be handy, especially in lockdown to make a load of them and then use when wanted.
