+Peter Smyth lol I mean I hope it was implied that not everything "future" is worth investing in. just that we should look for good replacements for outdated technologies. while nice and convenient to the consumer, uber is pretty shitty to drivers given that they can't unionize/collectively bargain and aren't under a larger company's insurance if/when they were to get into an accident.
John V.R. I know it was implied, but if Uber works a few things out it will be better than taxis. Also, NYC taxis as they are are stupid with their medallion system.
Peter Smyth i agree, sharing economies and stuff of such nature have a lot of potential. but yeah, i think they have some pitfalls that need to be worked out. but hell yes... the innovative logistics platform uber has brought to us is hella awesome. as long as it doesn't screw over low income drivers.
You got to admit that he is an amazing speaker. The way he structures his sentences and presents himself is better than any politician I've ever seen.

Alyssa Zen Everyone in politics and in fame has a script. Improvising is the last thing you want to do in front of thousands to millions of people. Of course he has to have editors and script writers. Anyone can read a script but it is how you deliver it that makes the different. Every one of his lines use a good tone that follows the subject. Most politicians should very mono-tone. Also it's not like he's reading his script like a 5th grader giving a presentation. He looks directly and all around the room, showing that he knows what he is saying. He isn't deceiving with his speech. Unlike Trump he doesn't drill keg repeating words. He uses a wide vocabulary and cleverly discredits crazy views coming from the other side.
Mark T I'm not a moron. I know that he is insinuating that Obama is Hitler. But in no way is that even remotely correct and there is no back up to that statement. It's an empty claim, just trying to make a punch line. If he wants to call someone a Hitler, put it on Vladimir Putin. What that guy is doing makes it look like Hitler was reincarnated.

Step one: Have an opinion
Isn't his fault that partisanship increased during his term. Republicans took a hard shift to the right. Democrats have remained pretty much the same for the past 16 years.
How is it his fault that Mitch McConnell said on day one he would keep Obama to one term. Obama didn't start this but people who haven't paid attention over the last seven years claim it's his fault.
