Bt this Convo is one sided. Nwei I believe, private vehicles are a luxury and should be taxed differently from public transportation where in Kenya it's partly privatized, the business men in transportation business should pay up taxes as business.
All vehicles pay tax at the point of purchase, when buying insurance and when you purchase fuel. Your arguement makes no sense....its like saying I should pay tax for having wifi in my house....

Saying people should pay more different taxes is nonsensical!!! If you said let's tax luxury cars then that would be ok, but they don't want to do that because they are the ones who own the majority of luxury cars
