    I m a 39 Yr old lady with 2 scissorean .. my weight is 73 .. want to reduce .. but baby is 4 month old.. please share step by step exercise.. I can do diet as my baby breast feeds.

      First you have to complete your 10 months from delivery date, after then you are allowed to do workout.

    Pls show some excercise to reduce calf ankle muscles in leg. It happened..after taking 6 remdesir injections ...during covid ..
    Secondly ...in weight fit app...i m getting my body fat at 32% and subcutaneous fat 21% as high...pls tell how can i reduce it...currently my weight is 56.6 kg ..45 yrs..hght 5.3..
