I m a 39 Yr old lady with 2 scissorean .. my weight is 73 .. want to reduce .. but baby is 4 month old.. please share step by step exercise.. I can do diet as my baby breast feeds.
First you have to complete your 10 months from delivery date, after then you are allowed to do workout.
