Mindblown! LOVEEEEEE this! Thank you! I've literally just been scribbling ideas as and when I think of them, with absolutely ZERO strategy! This is going to be amazing!
Ohh my, thanks so much for this video! I have been stuck with how to organize content or how to do it. Seen tons of videos, but finally yours makes sense! Thanks thanks
Thank you your organization and how you present it has helped me with Trello so much thank you! I’m a creative, fashion stylist and makeup/ Hair artist . My business going in many different directions and this has helped me bring it together!
Just personal notes! Ex. Lists: editing, ready to publish, on hold Add Labels to cards as to which platform 4:48 include processes in each piece of content, depending on platform Use caption as part of card title
Trello was great Planoly is fun creator studio but I’m a very new business owner your very kind 👍 I use my blog but I’ve not been on lately though we’re setting up new office planning to restart by time of official move but I’m working on it I’m fixing ideas now to implement on there as we speak Antasia.
For long form content, after one piece/card is done, how to avoid content that you did create before? I mean how not to have duplicate content? if you already have so many published blogs. Thanks!
I know this is an old video but worth asking to see if you know :) Disclaimer though - I just found this video & your channel, so you may have a video specifically for this already. 😀 If so, feel free to just redirect me to that link lol. I love how your boards are set up, soooo trying to visualize how I could adjust or add to add another piece. I always create an outline with draft of yearly plan that has the focus for month, weekly topic from pieces of that month focus, and then content titles (or idea of one) for the various platforms & posts. I sure hope that’s making sense ha! With that in mind, is there a way to create an overview such as this? If so, do you think one column titled “yearly content plan” or similar, and then buckets for each month? Or what way would you suggest doing something like that?
Hey Jamee, welcome! Yes! I think that's a great way of going about it. Another alternative is to organize all your 'big picture' ideas for each month in a spreadsheet instead. It really just depends on what makes most sense for your workflow. Hope that helps!
@@KimJimenez Thank you, and also - thank you for replying!!! Initially, when trying to visualize how I could do it, 1) thought maybe buckets for each month and 2) within have the cards for each, then when start specific card 3) move it thru the individual columns of draft, etc. Ultimately may just come down to trial & error. I have toyed with Asana in past, but trello always seemed to be the one that stuck. Only thing that I didn’t like figuring out was all the darn power ups. Lol
Great video! Thanks! Planing to use Trello and then move 'reday to go' content into FBs planner tool. But if anyone has a better suggestion, please let me know. I don't have a lot of money, so my tools need to have 'free versions' that can do the job. :) Thank you!!
Love the idea of having 'content buckets' for different platforms. Also been trying boost app social to help me with content ideas and captions.

Your voice is so satisfying, you are so smart, so likable. keep it up!
Thank you for this! Was definitely lost and overwhelmed by Trello from the start

Yesss! I’ve been looking for a content planning strategy on Trello. Love so many of your ideas thank you!
loved it, honestly very helpful. tell me, do you use notion for content planning or for anything? what are you thoughts?
Love Trello too
Awesome workflow! I do the same thing but with Notion. :)
Sweet! Notion is fantastic. Very, versatile. 😜
Would I just create multiple boards if I have several clients? This is so helpful and I want to try because my team already uses Trello.
Just personal notes!
Ex. Lists: editing, ready to publish, on hold
Add Labels to cards as to which platform
4:48 include processes in each piece of content, depending on platform
Use caption as part of card title
Using Trello (newbie though) and Later!
thumbs up! Thanks for this super informative video.
I’m an art blogger (new to content creation) and have a Wordpress site so it is my own platform with my name on it. 🎨
