Quick Question: Could you alter the type of posts on a weekly basis for a particular month instead of just sticking to one? Or the posts stay the same for the entire month?
Thanks for all the effort you put into these videos, Katie! I'm wondering if there's a way to create more of a visual calendar? Like have the cover photos of each content piece laid out in a way that looks like your instagram grid, so you can visually see exactly what post is next. And if there's a way to do that, is there also a way to keep your content and captions with the cover photo? I guess something like a scheduling app, but not necessarily for auto-publishing, more just for staying organized. Hope that makes sense! Would love to hear your ideas💛

Hi. To maybe achieve what you're talking about here in Notion which is the app she used, you'll need to add a "Gallery" view to your calendar, and set it to 3 a row grid to imitate an Instagram grid may be, and place the first picture, graphics, or reel cover you want in front as the cover, That way, you can move grids around have a feel of arranging your feed. I don't know, but it may work
You can store all your posts in OneNote if you want to see a visual and keep them organized but an actual calendar or spreadsheet will keep you organized better

How would one just starting from 0 know what kind of formats and subject matter our audience likes?
Hey, I work with marketing and branding, I can help!
When you brand your business (I will assume you already know your audience) we do a lot of research by going to other similar accounts and reading through comments or threads and document anything that would be beneficial to know; what they like, what they didn’t like, how they feel, what is valuable, etc.
Then we choose the content we already wanted to make (we should also be able to enjoy it) and match it with what they need. It helps with consistency and long term growth.
The most important part after is to analyse your past content performance or engagement and what people thought of it. It becomes so much simpler to know what to post then.
There are other processes that also influence this, I would recommend to do some crash courses on branding

Research other content creators in your niche to see what they are doing that is successful
Most of the time the most popular contents are memes/ funny posts
I think you first have to pick a niche, then research on the pain points and desires of your target audience then experiment with all formats.
After posting for a while, check your analytics to see what formats and topics are doing well, then you build on that.
It’s like football: Bill Walsh of the 1980s/90s 49ers would map a strategy for the first 10-20 players of the game, then he would analyze the results and make adjustments from there.
So make your best guess and measure the results, and adjust as needed.
Or if you prefer cooking, add slices and herbs conservatively , and add more as need as you get through the recipe.
