this is actually the first new corvette rebuild that i get to watch! looks like a supercar! i love a white car with black roof and red seats great build looking forward to this serie!
I with the subscriber you met. I know the Mustang doesn't get the views you need. But I really want to see it finished. That wide body was looking awesome.
Hey Ben, not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but the glovebox is lockable so that you can leave the car with the roof down. Excellent car to work on, really looking forward to see how you go with this one. PS - the M2 looks great, nice work 🙂
This guy is a master he said it should be a simple easy build like nothing ..he deserves a trillion of subscribers for the amazing perfects jobs he always do.
Nice find. Great to see you are restoring it! Shame someone trashed it so early in its life. If you are curious, this is a 1LT. You can tell by the black speaker covers. The 10 speaker Bose sound system is standard. The 2LT and 3LT editions have a 14 speaker Bose system, easily spotted by their silver speaker covers.
@@ahlacartsgolfcarts That is the LT2 engine. For some reason Chevy uses similar designations for the engine as it does for the interior. Stingrays have the 6.2l LT2 the Z06 has a 5.5 LT6 and they both have options of 1LT, 2LT and 3LT interior packages.
You chaps are pretty fearless when it comes to tackling restorations. Hats off to you that looks pretty challenging, but I’m in no doubt you’ll do a mint job
Nice to see you going AMERICAN, unlike the GSquad who can't seem to understand how to work on American cars, you Sir are an artist when it comes to repairing cars. Keep up the hard work. Maybe start doing some running, loose some of that gut and back. Take it from an old guy and former Marine and runner. When you get older it takes longer to drop the weight. I remember a few years ago watching you, and you've puffed up a bit. Not busting your balls just an observation . I've knocked off more that a 100lbs since last June. I got blown up in Iraq and turned into a big old food blister, not no more Scott in Southern Oregon
Nice to see you working on an American sports car. The red seats make them look 100 times better . I’ll be looking forward to watching all the work on this one good luck 👍 and keep up the good work.

That's going to be a quick fix for you,and some nice 'pocket change' when it's finished and sold.Pretty nice of Jake to help so much and it was good to see him again.(Can you talk to your cousins about sending seatbelts and modules 1st thing when they start a build??It seems that's always an afterthought for them.TY)
Nice looking car Ben. You seem to be very enthusiastic about this one. Just what you like to work on I would think. Best of luck with it, and looking forward to the rebuild. Cheers, Bob.
That's one thing about vtune no nonsense just good old fashion hard work great find cannot wait to see the progress awesome video, thanks also to your helper.👍👍👍
Love your choice of car for repair Ben. Good news on the seats being ok after the bags deployed. I was curious about the driver side cooler or radiator in the front. It did look bent. Can’t wait for your next video Ben. Have a great week!
You make huge progress in little time in a teardown. Fun to watch pro's work their business. Corvette is such a cool car since they moved the engine back.
Almost 600k subscribers Ben!!!... great to see you getting back to your roots again, and we like the pickup journey from Co Part collecting the car. It looked bad, not quite as bad as the 720, but once you started pulling panels it looks a breeze.
Not a corvette fan, but I gotta say this one is pretty friggin sweet. I know it's going to be better than OEM once you are done with it. You have an eye for perfection on your builds.
Love watching you man... I first heard about you when you worked on the Urus at the Goonsquad garage... I'm claiming the forklift for you!!!! Keep up the AWESOME builds and the humbleness as you explain your endeavors. GOD BLESS from BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA
If they were to do one it would have been a VTune build anyway just like their Lambo and Porsche with out VTune they would still be looking at it and Simone would be talking some garbage since he thinks he is a car guy his long neck and his goofy ass actions need to stay behind the camera
They said they will only do a C8 if it was a Z06, there aren't any crashed yet, but they did buy something quite expensive to rebuild next, you just wait.
@@j.d.8593 well that’s good cause it will give VTune time to practice on the one he just picked up cause they can spend all they want on machines and tools but they buy garbage aftermarket parts and without VTune they would still be trying to fix that Porsche Alazar is a good mechanic but Simone is completely useless he is so annoying he should just film and edit he does that well but his Goofy actions and that long ass neck he is just to annoying
I would of never thought new cars were so easy to work on till I started watching you and other youtubers fix these nice cars. Its amazing what kind of damage can be fixed, I’ve used what I’ve learned watching and do the same thing with my houses, I went from never using a power tool to doing all the repairs by myself
Ben I do love your channel. So much more than the boys with the „G“ Simple’s cars. That so cool. And you are really talented man! Blessings from Germany

You should get tj hunt to give you a street hunter body kit. 👍👍👍 excited for the build!!!!!
