- Sugar cane molasses is the result of a condensation process from completely natural sugar cane juice, bringing many benefits to the body's health. Sugar cane molasses is an important source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C... which helps supplement important nutrients for the body. In particular, Sugar cane molasses also contains high levels of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, contributing to providing necessary minerals for the body. But to produce Sugar cane molasses, what processes must go through, in this video I have shared very clearly. Please watch the video and leave your opinion below in the comments section... Thank you very much.

Thank you for sharing the sugarcane harvest. Here in the United States doctors say sugar isn’t good for you, i been eating sugar for 68 years. My family ate it all there lives, lived a very long lives up in there 90’s. WOW! That liquid looked so heavy and you are so strong. You are a blessing to so many people in need. Children are so beautiful. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
Sugar is not good bro but sugarcane is
Agree 💯 @@Final._.boss._.0
What the doctor talking about was a white sugar white made from the industry , it comes as white when mixed with a lots of chemical solutions.
A natural sugar that directly came from sugarcane is good for health.
We’ve been making molasses and swear by it in the states for 100s of years. Actually .
Boooooooo US booooooooo
I'm from Brazil and lived many years in the country side so I'm very familiar with sugar cane and different products man can do with it. If you cook it little more you can do "rapadura" (like one hard bread) and many in Brazil eat it natural or use it in place for sugar. Very good video and everyone can learn a lot with it. God bless you always.
Thank you for your feedback, wish you and your family good health and luck in life
'(one hard bread)'? Like this 🍞?
@@muhammadnawaz5039 he didn't know how to express himself, "rapadura" is like a candy bar made from crystallized molasses. 😁
You are Kool & patient a teacher madam Huong.. keep up.@@Hoàng-Thị-Hương

You are a nice person 🎉🎉
you should try to grow Sorghum. It is a very versatile crop. The fruit can make flour, you can pop the kernels and use the fruit in stews. The canes can also make a syrup. Thanks for showing us this video.
Agreed! I have a community Garden Columbus, Ohio and we are planting sweet sorghum also! Sweet Sorghum is a source of sugar/molasses, the grain or seed from the flowers can be used similar to Qinoa, or ground in to a Gluten Free flour. It's related to corn so it's very drought hardy (which we are going through a bit of a drought right now), but we have other plants that work to the same affect like Amaranth which is related to Spinach and Qinoa so the leaves are edible like spinach and the seed grain is used line Qinoa and Sorgum
Very clever and interessting. These women work very hard
Thank you for your compliments. Wishing you and your family good health
You're a credit to your culture and society. A teacher no less. You're a very hard worker. The Kardashian Culture (USA) could learn a lot from you. The best things in life are often free if only we would pay attention. Keep up your good work.
Watching from Uganda East Africa am inspired

Beautiful people of the world , i am from Suriname , close to Belem and I know rapadura. My grannies were from Indonesia. I saw my mother mix mollase with a bit of nutmeg when my youngest sis was coughing very ugly . The next morning she woke up fresh and smooth .My mom got the recipe from them.
You know when the baby is seperated from mother"s whom , a piece of the umbilical cord , in our culture we used to keep apart storing it in a safe place . I saw my mom soak this in warm water and had her drinking because she caught a heavy fever , same result . To see the proces from hot to normal wow , amazing.
Trough the years a lot more of amazing things I experienced with these kinds of wonders .
I will turn 65 soon . I accepted Islam not long ago . In some occasions I share my stories from since my childhood and even the Ustadzs are very sceptical , I remaind silent but I know for myself I must seek knowledge from cradle to grave .
Thank you for sharing your family's stories with me, very helpful, I wish you and your family good health, luck and success.
I'm not very much younger than you, but I don't have the kind of memories that you have. I grew up in a large city in the United States. I was never taught healing, foraginging, farming, or how to raise farm animals. I am just learning these things on my own. I wish that I had known about the old ways when I was much younger
It would be lovely if you created a UA-cam channel to share the knowledge you have with this young generation.
This is my favorite part of the video 16:28 she is too kind for us but we need more people like her in this world
This looks like a wonderful dessert recipe and glad that the children enjoyed it, I will try to make it too. The molasses will have to be from the shop as there are no sugarcane fields here 😆, but the floating rice balls seem easy enough to not make a mistake, just like gnocchi.
thank you so much
You put a lot of effort into the process of making those sweets for the children to enjoy. That's a good way of living.
Thank you for your compliments. Wishing you and your family good health
You are a strong hard working woman. Amazing to watch you work.
May Allah almighty bless this sister for teaching the world 🌎 how to make molasses and how to use them for many desserts great video thanks for sharing it ❤🇵🇰
Congratulations on one more new skill you have learned. I was always reading and learning and it was fun and useful. Now you are younger and I’m older but still learning everyday. Keep going on to make your dreams come true.
Thank you very much, I am very happy to receive your feedback, wish you and your family good health.
Hello 👋 my friend! That’s a great and rewarding job 👏👏👏. I remember as a kid chasing the trucks full of sugar cane to pull some for us, kind of risky but it was fun 🤩. Thank you 🙏 for what you do for the children and blessings from Texas 🇨🇱🇺🇸🇵🇷
Thank you for your feedback, childhood is always a memorable memory for us

When I was growing up, we grew sorghum to make syrup. We planted an acre for family use and had a cane brake in the front yard that we harnessed are mule to. It was a lot darker than what you made almost like molasses. You can grow it in your area, Sorghum bicolor, is the species that we grew, you can both eat the seed and make syrup from it. Hope this helps.
This is absolutly awesome, must try!

Growing up in Jamaica we planted a new acres of sugar cane , some time it would be sold to the factory and other times we had it taken to our neighbor wet sugar mill where it was processed in sugar, but never malais.
The ending was so sweet.❤ really good video

Love their smiles when tasting the sugar :) :)
It is like a great help for watching, when sugar cane press by the pressure machine, turn into sugar juice, and it keeps it into bottle, very nice idea sister, after some time it's used again for cake made. Food for little children. Thank you.
Thanks!
Thank you so much
ممنون از اینکه ترجمه فارسی را گذاشته آید امیدوارم همیشه در زندگی موفق باشید
The little boy putting the "cakes" on the chopstick made me laugh - so typical of little children. You are an amazing cook! Thank you for showing us your talents - not just in building but also like this! One day I might try this. In my country, Canada, we boil down tree sap - maple trees - to make maple syrup. It is considered a delicacy here as it takes 344 liters of maple sap to make 1 liter (1000 ml) of syrup. But all depends on how thick you want the syrup. Like you say, if you want it thicker, you let it boil longer. It will be more concentrated but you don't want it to burn or turn to a hard ball.
Gái họ hoàng thường xinh và giỏi việc,lai có tấm lòng nhân hậu cảm ơn video.chúc kênh nhiều thành công nha.❤❤
That was so nice of you to take some to the children❤

We grew it in tn growing up, 3-5 acres, never this tall though. Then we would squeeze juice and run it through a brass cooker with several sections until the golden molasses was ready. Very fun process.
Oh yes, if there were modern machines to assist, the job would be much easier
This video makes me feel so relaxed!
