  • Sugar cane molasses is the result of a condensation process from completely natural sugar cane juice, bringing many benefits to the body's health. Sugar cane molasses is an important source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C... which helps supplement important nutrients for the body. In particular, Sugar cane molasses also contains high levels of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, contributing to providing necessary minerals for the body. But to produce Sugar cane molasses, what processes must go through, in this video I have shared very clearly. Please watch the video and leave your opinion below in the comments section... Thank you very much.
Thank you for visiting the channel and watching the video.

What the doctor talking about was a white sugar white made from the industry , it comes as white when mixed with a lots of chemical solutions.
A natural sugar that directly came from sugarcane is good for health.

I'm from Brazil and lived many years in the country side so I'm very familiar with sugar cane and different products man can do with it. If you cook it little more you can do "rapadura" (like one hard bread) and many in Brazil eat it natural or use it in place for sugar. Very good video and everyone can learn a lot with it. God bless you always.

you should try to grow Sorghum. It is a very versatile crop. The fruit can make flour, you can pop the kernels and use the fruit in stews. The canes can also make a syrup. Thanks for showing us this video.

Agreed! I have a community Garden Columbus, Ohio and we are planting sweet sorghum also! Sweet Sorghum is a source of sugar/molasses, the grain or seed from the flowers can be used similar to Qinoa, or ground in to a Gluten Free flour. It's related to corn so it's very drought hardy (which we are going through a bit of a drought right now), but we have other plants that work to the same affect like Amaranth which is related to Spinach and Qinoa so the leaves are edible like spinach and the seed grain is used line Qinoa and Sorgum

Beautiful people of the world , i am from Suriname , close to Belem and I know rapadura. My grannies were from Indonesia. I saw my mother mix mollase with a bit of nutmeg when my youngest sis was coughing very ugly . The next morning she woke up fresh and smooth .My mom got the recipe from them.
You know when the baby is seperated from mother"s whom , a piece of the umbilical cord , in our culture we used to keep apart storing it in a safe place . I saw my mom soak this in warm water and had her drinking because she caught a heavy fever , same result . To see the proces from hot to normal wow , amazing.
Trough the years a lot more of amazing things I experienced with these kinds of wonders .
I will turn 65 soon . I accepted Islam not long ago . In some occasions I share my stories from since my childhood and even the Ustadzs are very sceptical , I remaind silent but I know for myself I must seek knowledge from cradle to grave .

When I was growing up, we grew sorghum to make syrup. We planted an acre for family use and had a cane brake in the front yard that we harnessed are mule to. It was a lot darker than what you made almost like molasses. You can grow it in your area, Sorghum bicolor, is the species that we grew, you can both eat the seed and make syrup from it. Hope this helps.

The little boy putting the "cakes" on the chopstick made me laugh - so typical of little children. You are an amazing cook! Thank you for showing us your talents - not just in building but also like this! One day I might try this. In my country, Canada, we boil down tree sap - maple trees - to make maple syrup. It is considered a delicacy here as it takes 344 liters of maple sap to make 1 liter (1000 ml) of syrup. But all depends on how thick you want the syrup. Like you say, if you want it thicker, you let it boil longer. It will be more concentrated but you don't want it to burn or turn to a hard ball.

God bless you, the only thing you need is to improve the fire, building a good stove with chimney in order to save work, and the amount of smoke you inhale.

Helllo - I am fascinated to know when you harvest food that is not grown on your farm, do you pay for what you pick to the land owner as we never see that being done. Thank you for your informative videos I watch them all.
