I think I love 3 the Overall aesthetic of it is gorgeous. It offers storage which is super cool for you because you’re an entrepreneur but 4 did show you tons of options!
hey Keegan!! i had like an identical touring experience to your first building and I will say I learned my lesson TWICE over - usually experiences like that (especially if they skip over major amenities and such) point to poor management and buildings that have amazing amenities/units but don’t care about you at all once you submit that first payment. Nothing wrong with this if you don’t think you’ll ever need management or maitenance issues, but come renewal time and just day to day I’ve found it matters a lot! this obviously isn’t the case every time, but just def reminded me of my post grad touring last year as well 😅😅😅

I’m obsessed with apt #1. I love everything about it.
2nd one was nice. The thing that I didn't like was the laundry in a bedroom. That ruined it for me. I would use that as an office or a gym, if I were to live alone.
i thought that was a little off too. the model was a 2 bed but i could only afford a 1 bed :/

First one was nice but I don't think that customer service was nice. They seem judgy and snooty. Don't blame you for skipping the one after because it doesn't sound like a safe neighborhood. That 2nd one you toured was nice. But it doesn't have what you need. 3rd one was nice too.
I'd of liked the 1st or 3rd one. I think that whichever you choose would be awesome.

I've been living in my own appartment for a few months now... at least 3 and I actually really like it... I have a two bedroom because when I looked at the appartments available in the place I'm living in that's what they had available.. I signed up for one and didn't get the one i origionally paid for but I got a similar one based on price range because when I moved in the apartment I was supposed to move into wasn't inspected in time...

oof i wish i would’ve saw this sooner! the kierland area by the scottsdale quarter is AMAZING, i am 26 and moved into one on the golf course.. gorgeous, huge, perfect location and price. old town is nuts, i don’t recommend anyone living there.

I did a quick research and found some 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, starting at 2k in Scottsdale. That's like a mortgage. 😂 Definitely a dent in your bank account. I do love Scottsdale. I also love Prescott. In some states like North Carolina, rent prices are the same as a mortgage, that's if you have a good down payment and good credit score. Plus it's a nice and safe area.

My wife and son had a heck of a time finding him a nice Scottsdale apartment. Some were sketchy and all were pricey. Amount of square footage and price including fees would be helpful too.

I don’t know if you have already signed a lease but as a single ypung woman a 1st floor apartment is a bit… dangerous. It is far easier for an intruder to gain access to your place and sliding glass doors are easy to break into. A 2-3rd floor apartment with secure access and an elevator is the safest. I currently live in a 3rd floor apartment with controlled access and an elevator. I have a wagon (from Costco) for deliveries of heavy packages/mail/groceries and it has been such a lifesaver!

The 2ND Apartment Has A Washer/Dryer In The Closet In The Bedroom Ya’ll Just Didn’t See It IDK 🤷🏽♀️ How In The Heck Y’all Missed It Cause I Definitely See It
that was just in the model!! some of their units had washers and dryers but most of the available ones didn’t come with it and you’d have to use the laundry mat
