  • 黄梨挞 PineApple Tarts
    Ingredients 配料 :
    250 Salted butter 250克 咸牛油
    400g Premium flour 400克 优质面粉
    1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
    1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1茶匙 香草精
    1kg Pineapple paste filling 1公斤 黄梨酱
    Clove (Optional) 丁香(可选)
    Egg Wash :
    1 Egg Yolk 1粒 蛋黄
    1 teaspoon Milk 1茶匙 牛奶
    Bake at 180°C at 18-19 mins
    烘焙 180°C 18-19 分钟

    I thought vanilla essence was added to the top flour as shown in the demon , then after she added the egg follow by butter. I just curious to know what is that item added in after she mixed everything up . Sorry to ask

    Do we use Self raising flour or plain flour ? Can we use air fryer?

      Plain flour will do but we use unbleached Top flour. We never use air fryer before for baking pineapple tarts. not sure if it works

    U all said plain flour but u saw top flour to us .may I know which flour to use .

      top flour is also plain flour, but it is of better quality

      Too much kneading to the dough is definitely not correct, it will make the crust hard
