This plant is no joke, my body has healed where I used to suffer really bad inflammation. My body builds muscle more quickly. Energy is up, and brain fog has disappeared. Taking moringa powder in my smoothie every day has shown me just how bad my nutrient deficiancy was. Stay healthy my friends!! Grow this tree if you're in zones 8 and up!

It tastes like a spicy tender spinach and has a flavor and spice like horseradish. It has a sweet note like that of stevia.

@Issac Nazareth I'd go with blood thinning foods like tumeric OR ginger. Beet juice or kvass. Not all at once; these really thin the blood. I believe the moringa will help overall. It will help your body to heal itself. I am not a doctor. Also, you can't worry about your health. Accept that you are on the right path and allow your healing. Worry will raise cortisol in the body. It works like a steroid, which is what you want to get away from. Dr. Berg youtube is a wonderful healing show. Short, simple and to the point. If you ask a question, he usually answers it with a video like a week later.
      Best of luck.

I have been taking one half metric teaspoon of Moringa powder daily for the last 14 days and I can honestly 100% say that all my neck and shoulder pains have now disappeared after the 3rd day. The pains are related to shoulder roto cuff tendonitis and a torn bicep injuries which I've been carrying for 10 years. I also have osteopenia and my red blood cell count is also declining each year so it would be interesting to see if there are any improvements on my next blood test. I have shared my success with family and friends, and they have all reported improvements to their personal health. Thank you for your very informative video.

I take Moringa concentrate by Regal Labs. AM and PM with either Qunol Turmeric or Life extension Turmeric Extract. Within a few days by adding this Moringa product. My R.A. lower back pain and over all body joint pain. Was significantly lowered by at least 75%. Was very impressed and give the Lord Jesus Christ all the Praise and Glory for this wonderful Tree.

Yes, this is true. We been eating this when I was in the Philippines very often. We gave moringa soup specially to lactating mother to produce more breast milk. I moved here now in Australia, and now become more popular here. And actually I grow now moringa tree and plants and sell it at home and in the market. And good for the animals as well, including birds. We feed this to my pet, green check conure.

Moringa is easy to grow and even practical to grow in northern environments in pots. It can produce lots of harvestable leaf even potted in one summer season. Will survive winters in possibly up to zone 7 but definitely zone 8 as long as its planted where the ground won't stay too wet during winter dormancy, placed in a microclimated position, or lightly protected in general during winter. Has versatile uses from raw in salads, soups, stir fries, dried and powdered mixed into baked goods, or taken as a supplement. All around great species to grow if your concerned about health and or growing your own foods in general.

Moringa is a native of North India. The leaves, flowers and other parts of Moringa tree are being used in the traditional Indian medicine Ayurveda from very early days. Moringa leaves, drum sticks are in regular use in the Indian food items.

I really enjoy your videos and appreciate the research that goes into them. I have a question about Moringa in skin care. Is there any benefit to adding crushed fresh leaves to soap recipes? Do you have any suggestions on how the plant besides the seeds (which would be difficult to get in large quantities from my tree) benefit the skin? I would love to use it in some body products. If I made a tea from the leaves or stems would that have any benefit to the skin for example? Again big thank you!!!

Ah Ha sounds like a neat idea,, although the plant seems to have been born in a poor like country and maybe for its nutrition,, I feel like apply to the skin would be defeating the purpose of this plant,, just my opinion..

James Lucas , yes, I've heard many stories of people experiencing blood pressure normalcy! When you give your body the nutrition it was designed to receive (moringa contains much of it), it's amazing how it can self-correct!

Hello Sheri, I am at zone 6a and some winters are much colder and some are nicer than 6a so naturally I lose stalks of the ones I leave out . I had a sponsor in the Master Gardener program that gave me many 25 gallon plastic pots and they do great! However, I brought only some of my plants in to the house this winter and of course the ones outside died and I discovered this spring that the roots of them are still alive and trying to sprout so there is hope I can let new shoots come up and die each winter. While it will never get more than 8-10 feet tall in one season. That's all I need I harvest leaves, dry them, and grind them up and put into capsules. I will just take several grams a day. Pretty green powder. We also noticed this same thing happened (roots surviving the cold) with our guava which we never expected to harvest fruits, but the leaves are highly medicinal for skin and internally taken as a tea. Extremely high in whole Vitamin C and can be eaten green in a salad, and we use it in our 2.1/2 y.o. daughter's bathwater tea to help with her eczema..

This is easy to plant it, spread so easily by just get a branch ,make a hole on the ground and just plant it it will grow so fast. We just asked a neighbor to have a branch, and was given 2 branches , and not even a year it grows 5 feet.
