This plant is no joke, my body has healed where I used to suffer really bad inflammation. My body builds muscle more quickly. Energy is up, and brain fog has disappeared. @Issac Nazareth I'd go with blood thinning foods like tumeric OR ginger. Beet juice or kvass. Not all at once; these really thin the blood. I believe the moringa will help overall. It will help your body to heal itself. I am not a doctor. Also, you can't worry about your health. Accept that you are on the right path and allow your healing. Worry will raise cortisol in the body. It works like a steroid, which is what you want to get away from. Dr. Berg youtube is a wonderful healing show. Short, simple and to the point. If you ask a question, he usually answers it with a video like a week later. Best of luck.
I have been taking one half metric teaspoon of Moringa powder daily for the last 14 days and I can honestly 100% say that all my neck and shoulder pains have now disappeared after the 3rd day. The pains are related to shoulder roto cuff tendonitis and a torn bicep injuries which I've been carrying for 10 years. I also have osteopenia and my red blood cell count is also declining each year so it would be interesting to see if there are any improvements on my next blood test. I have shared my success with family and friends, and they have all reported improvements to their personal health. Thank you for your very informative video.

Excellent video on all parts of the Moti game plant. Thorough explanation. I harvest the leaves to dry then powder them in the blender. I use in green smoothies and also put some in my dog's handmade food. I live in Florida and it grows vigorously.😊
Moringa is easy to grow and even practical to grow in northern environments in pots. It can produce lots of harvestable leaf even potted in one summer season. Will survive winters in possibly up to zone 7 but definitely zone 8 as long as its planted where the ground won't stay too wet during winter dormancy, placed in a microclimated position, or lightly protected in general during winter. Has versatile uses from raw in salads, soups, stir fries, dried and powdered mixed into baked goods, or taken as a supplement. All around great species to grow if your concerned about health and or growing your own foods in general.
My brother is making moringa capsules...he has his own way of making it powdered green. I love the color when it's green..some people process it after a few days then the powder doesn't look green if it's processed after a few days.

Moringa I should packed with lots of minerals That the body needs. Great for energy and weight loss. Moringa source us a good company to order from
Great video. One small correction...Moringa is not a nitrogen fixer, although that is a very common misconception and I really wish it was a nitrogen fixer because it could pull double duty in my permaculture garden.
great video! I love moringa and my ratties have it too to stay healthy.I find it sad that there are still so many people live on flour mixed with water when this tree could grow right beside them.
Moringa is a native of North India. The leaves, flowers and other parts of Moringa tree are being used in the traditional Indian medicine Ayurveda from very early days. Moringa leaves, drum sticks are in regular use in the Indian food items.
I really enjoy your videos and appreciate the research that goes into them. I have a question about Moringa in skin care. Is there any benefit to adding crushed fresh leaves to soap recipes? Do you have any suggestions on how the plant besides the seeds (which would be difficult to get in large quantities from my tree) benefit the skin? I would love to use it in some body products. If I made a tea from the leaves or stems would that have any benefit to the skin for example? Again big thank you!!!
Ah Ha sounds like a neat idea,, although the plant seems to have been born in a poor like country and maybe for its nutrition,, I feel like apply to the skin would be defeating the purpose of this plant,, just my opinion..
SuperfoodEvolution guys: I really need a recommendation for Moringa oil - got some off ebay and it was...off. Gave me acne. Is it as good as they say? Antibacterial and all?
James Lucas , yes, I've heard many stories of people experiencing blood pressure normalcy! When you give your body the nutrition it was designed to receive (moringa contains much of it), it's amazing how it can self-correct!
We retired in February from Canada to Roatan, Honduras and we have three Moringa trees on our property. Can I use the leafs to make tea. Should I dry the leafs and make a powder?
Thank you for informing about morning tree and health benefits. O am new to use this tree of life. Now is flowering. I already give away leaves for 2 people to help them.
Hello Sheri, I am at zone 6a and some winters are much colder and some are nicer than 6a so naturally I lose stalks of the ones I leave out . I had a sponsor in the Master Gardener program that gave me many 25 gallon plastic pots and they do great! However, I brought only some of my plants in to the house this winter and of course the ones outside died and I discovered this spring that the roots of them are still alive and trying to sprout so there is hope I can let new shoots come up and die each winter. While it will never get more than 8-10 feet tall in one season. That's all I need I harvest leaves, dry them, and grind them up and put into capsules. I will just take several grams a day. Pretty green powder. We also noticed this same thing happened (roots surviving the cold) with our guava which we never expected to harvest fruits, but the leaves are highly medicinal for skin and internally taken as a tea. Extremely high in whole Vitamin C and can be eaten green in a salad, and we use it in our 2.1/2 y.o. daughter's bathwater tea to help with her eczema..
I lost all my guavas this year😤 the inei planted in the ground looked dead but I see some new leaves forming at the base, thetwo in pots already have foilage! I made powder last year as well.
Sheri Goodwin That is always a good thing to get them completely processed out and in powder. :) Am looking at growing Goji Berries here soon or later. I tend ginseng and blueberries already. I need more things going that I don't have to worry about freezing out and are good for you. Good luck there.
Is there any way to preserve the drumsticks for 2 months atleast after harvesting. Like i have heard wrapping it in newspaper and keeping it in refrigerator...but it may stays for one week or two... Any body has any simple idea to preserve it for two months atleast.. Thanks...
This is easy to plant it, spread so easily by just get a branch ,make a hole on the ground and just plant it it will grow so fast. We just asked a neighbor to have a branch, and was given 2 branches , and not even a year it grows 5 feet.

MORINGA IS FROM Liberia
Is moringa more nutritious and powerful than wheatgrass juice?
I buy a bag of moringa thinking I'd eat it some how. Unfortunately I couldn't handle the taste. Any suggestions on how to eat the powdered moringa.
A smoothie would be your best bet...
@@SuperfoodEvolution Any idea where I might find planting seeds. I tried Burpee but don't know other places where to look. Thanks
Mix with warm water and some lemon juice
Great information are the capsules just as potent??
Hey guys, I would like to get the moringa seeds...
SuperfoodEvolution guys: I really need a recommendation for Moringa oil - got some off ebay and it was...off. Gave me acne. Is it as good as they say? Antibacterial and all?

can moringa be used to lower or controll high blood pressure
James Lucas , yes, I've heard many stories of people experiencing blood pressure normalcy! When you give your body the nutrition it was designed to receive (moringa contains much of it), it's amazing how it can self-correct!
Moringa lowers high blood pressure. I have moringa available

We retired in February from Canada to Roatan, Honduras and we have three Moringa trees on our property. Can I use the leafs to make tea. Should I dry the leafs and make a powder?
You can do both. When not drinking tea, as who wants hot tea in the hot summer, use the powder in smoothies.
This is a great information 👍💯 thanks, am your new subscriber.

Thank you for informing about morning tree and health benefits. O am new to use this tree of life. Now is flowering. I already give away leaves for 2 people to help them.

I grow my own, thank you for the information.
+Franklin Taylor what zone are you in? I have 3, 2 of which I keep in pots and 1 is protected on the south side of the house. I am in 8B.
Yes, I have gojis too, bluberries, thornless blackberries, pears, mulberries, huckleberries, persimmon, kiwis, and looking to expand
My Son grows it in the Philippines!
This will be good for hiv

Is there any way to preserve the drumsticks for 2 months atleast after harvesting. Like i have heard wrapping it in newspaper and keeping it in refrigerator...but it may stays for one week or two... Any body has any simple idea to preserve it for two months atleast.. Thanks...
This is easy to plant it, spread so easily by just get a branch ,make a hole on the ground and just plant it it will grow so fast. We just asked a neighbor to have a branch, and was given 2 branches , and not even a year it grows 5 feet.
Thank you very much for this!
