Excellent video!. You could make a video on how to model the terrain, because of the geometry you use (mesh), I suspect that it is exported from another program. If you could help me it would be amazing :(
Hi Johan, Displacement Maps drastically increase the render time and for far objects such as these they are not essential. They are most suitable when creating textures with dramatic textural qualities, like rock, etc
@@tombudd15 last question sir. Is it possible to make displacement map on one side of a geometry? Because if I want to use it on a wall, the sides of the wall becomes very disrupted and ugly if the walls arent joined in the same geometry. Thx alot
