@ronaldwestbeal2269 it's because most players start from day one dlc release and so they are already at end game content by the time average people join in.. there is a bit of a divide where you're stuck soloing everything when you're paying to play in a multiplayer setting. And even if you do get a lvl 70 boost, you still need to go through all the campaign and renown unlocks etc.
This video was 10x more realistic and honest without all the pointless unneeded bloat like some other certain youtubers vids i saw a day or saw 2 ago, thankyou.
It would require more crest to upgrade but technically a +8 key is on the mythic track from the vault so if you can’t get 10s done then you would wanna get 8s done
16:10 From experience, what often happens is unlucky drops/vaults and that player's preferred spec relies heavily on their 4 piece, like Elemental Shaman, in order for it to feel worth playing. Two piece bonuses are fine for a lot of specs, but not all. I'd wait for a week or two before using Veteran gear just for a tier set bonus, but after that, might as well and just eat the cost. Set bonus often trumps item level.

how do you get or even trade up to aspects, they hijacked them on reset yesterday and gave gold instead and removed the dream zone vendors, so no way to convert welp, dream, wyrm crests either .. even the vault, if you chose aspect tokens, it gave gold not crests (that pissed me off too, bc I did not know passing on gear and choose crest token was going to just be gold)

how doable is to only do mythic+ and lfr? i enjoy solo playing or playing with a small group but dislike organized raiding, how much would i miss in ilvl and thus in dps loss that way?
441 ilvl for heroics? I can’t even get into a normal raid at 485 ilvl. When I ask why I get booted it’s because “ilvl to low. We ain’t trying to carry you” 😒
Its so sad... i came back this season to build a new charackter and lern new things. I am at 470 right now and you dont have the opportunity to get into mythic 0. Nobody want my charackter. I guess i have to get some more gear u til its to late for mythic 😂.

so what i got from this was if your a returning player with no tier set, your garbage untill you finally get the new tier set? did i get that right?
