I got this one for travel also. My husband and I have bases in each of our cars but our sitter does not and we travel to another state at least 4 times per year
In-laws, friends cars, taxis and Ubers….there are plenty of times where another base is not sensible. So instead of shaming people for their purchasing decisions, maybe you should mind your business.

This is really hard to do in older cars. I tried it in a 1999 and a 2003 and the seatbelts are much tighter.

The reason I got this one vs pipa lite is the convenience of not having to lug around a heavy base. Great for traveling!

Its good for when you dont have a car and just switching around with taxis, other peoples cars, and rentals for holidays, like we do 😌

not everyone wants to use the bases, I don't have my own care so a base is no use to me and it means I use this install method all the time
