Uh, you aren't supposed to turn your signal on AS you turn...that defeats the entire purpose of a turn signal...you are supposed to signal the direction you WILL turn, and then turn. You should have plenty of time to press it comfortably. Otherwise, great review man.
Is the side of the door the same material as the seats? In the black interior its some kind of cloth material. I've done a test drive in my area but they don't have any with the white interior. The indicator light on the steering wheel didn't bother me at all, however I didn't like shifting gears on the screen for a 3 point turn.
I have never sat inside a tesla, but how do you flash your highbeams? Do you have to press the silly "lightbulb" button next to the turning signal buttons?
If this car had a stalk for forward/reverse, a stalk for indicators, a stalk for wipers, and ultrasonic parking sensors it would have been perfect. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Stalks provide a better, more tactile experience.
you are right. 200 km/h is not enough for everyone. And therefore you can get in the near future the performance variant of this model 3. I think that will let you get to 250/260
@darnelltabor6382 For me the use of screen is better maybe because highland it was the first Tesla I ever drove. But I had to take the old model 3 for 2 days and I couldn't use the old stalks, especially the old movement stalk was so frustrated, that I loved my car even more.
as I said in another videos - I think for the blinkers/indicators they should've AT LEAST put them separetly on the left & right side of the steering wheel, not both buttons on the left side above each another. For exampl. the button for the right blinker/indicator may be switched positions withe the button for the wipers or the other button. Still won't be the best having just buttons, but.. at least it would be less confusing.
Great review mate, i would like to ask, what is the real range of this car? I want to make long trips over 1500 kilometers how many times do you think i have to charge the car;

I do love the exterior change and the ambient lighting in the interior. And I do agree with you that removing the gearshift is disappointing. However, I think with time, it shouldn't matter. Especially since the leading countries are transitioning from gas to ev (which imo is not good).

@@wanfredzwick2173 Just checked and it turns out you have far less roundabouts than we French have.
@@MrRaptor2x wo have a lot roundabouts but I like it with the buttons. If you drive with 1 hand, you can let your hand in the place where the buttons are. With the other hand you can eat a Bratwurst
How do you flash your headlights or put the hazzard warning lights on? (Asking for BMW drivers)
What light setup you have ?
No 360 camera but a new screen at the back for passengers....it can detect cars around it on tbat screen but cantgive you a virtial top down view?
Is the speed governor based on the tires? Maybe there would be a modification available for Germany if you get the right rated tires.
does anyone know what model bmw is that at 9:49 to the left?
0:38 I think I herd him say the Tesla model tree
I think the speed is probably limited due to the tire. Z rated tires are quite a bit more expensive..not to mention, only high-end performance cars is worth the investment in the American market. They won’t put z rated tires on a “budget” Tesla
From the accelleration is clear that is not a problem of power haha
The tires are rated higher (michelin 18" and hankook 19") so I guess its the suspension...
@@riccardoruffinatto3712 exactly
@@realmcerono definitely not a suspension issue. My charger gets up to 155 mph and the suspension on the Tesla is much better.. I am 100% sure it’s the tires..but I don’t know what is the rating of the tires they have on there
Its the new ultra silent tires Tesla selected. They can only handle 203kmh. This is why.
Very nice car. How many KWh is the battery? What is the average kilometres range after a full battery charge?
Its 75kwh. The real life range is about 500km.
but not at high speed 😆
Excellent review car and video. 🎉
Tesla should add the signal lever back for next year the car can still keep getting refreshed
4:18 Ye because normally you put the indicators BEFORE the turn not DURING the turn
It's kinda nice how he drives it to 120,000 miles per range 🙏
I actually like the button indictator imo
What? It’s insanely horrible for roundabouts and less useable than the stalks.
@@wingless747 Its horrible if youre turning the wheel more than one full rotation and if you're doing that on a roundabout you're def biting the curb so idk what ppl are talking about Ive used it on a roundabout with no problem
@@michaelguajardoj.r.6306 are you in america or europe? european roundabouts are way more tighter
9:57 Maybe it is because the interface is set to dark mode compared to the beginning of the video.
Why would you want to display the front cameras when backing up?
Looks cleaner without the two handle bars to shift and signal
But it's hell when you need to make a quick turn or switching directions quickly, it's alright
Love this car
I also tried the latest Tesla 3 Highland, quite impressed comparing to my petrol BMW 3 series. If Tesla keeps the price competitive, I would most likely move to this car!
What is the consumption driving 200km/h please?
when u change line , u have to signal before and then be sure ,is nobody , then go left or right
How tall are you, how do you like the seating position?
I always notice in all these Tesla videos it seems like the screen rendering the traffic that the car passes always seems delayed. Like the car will already be past a truck before it renders it on the screen 🤔
why there is no speedometer?
Uh, you aren't supposed to turn your signal on AS you turn...that defeats the entire purpose of a turn signal...you are supposed to signal the direction you WILL turn, and then turn. You should have plenty of time to press it comfortably. Otherwise, great review man.
Is the side of the door the same material as the seats? In the black interior its some kind of cloth material. I've done a test drive in my area but they don't have any with the white interior. The indicator light on the steering wheel didn't bother me at all, however I didn't like shifting gears on the screen for a 3 point turn.
yes
then buy the Model 3 Performance if 200 kph is not enough.
But nice video
Keep it up
Is Totto Wolf now making youtube review videos?
Dual pane glass all round including the roof.
Hey, good driving, I can't believe that tesla doesn't have gear!!! I like tesla cars! My name is Nathan.
When you gonna do a review about the cyber truck.
Wish they went further with the ambient lighting
it says online that the max speed is 261 km/h? not 201?
only model 3 Performance has 262km/h. Base and long range model only 201km/h
The stalkless setup is fine mate. It's the future. Deal with it.
My dad said for my first car I can have this car or a BMW I8 what should I pick?
There is not a single UA-cam video of some one showing the ambient lighting in a white interior at night time.
I have never sat inside a tesla, but how do you flash your highbeams? Do you have to press the silly "lightbulb" button next to the turning signal buttons?
Yes you tap the highbeam button once. Easily done for every modern human...
go and try one, you will never buy anything else.
In most case it turns on automatically. If you want to "wink" someone- you can push the button
i wish we in California had an Autobahn so i can cruise at 125 miles an hour.
is that santa claous in the sky? 7:15
I think that will let you get to 250/260
Tesla should add texture/depth to the buttons so that you don't need to look at them.
They’re capacitive and they feel like regular buttons
@ capacitive buttons are flat and difficult to navigate without looking at them.
I know im in the minority but I like that they made the turn signals more convenient.
Agree. Not sure about the P R N D though.
@@darnelltabor6382 It is pretty confusing at first but you get used to it. Within the first couple of drives it will become muscle memory.
@darnelltabor6382 For me the use of screen is better maybe because highland it was the first Tesla I ever drove. But I had to take the old model 3 for 2 days and I couldn't use the old stalks, especially the old movement stalk was so frustrated, that I loved my car even more.
Do you happen to live in North America?
@@opc1731 😂
was this black or grey colour?
as I said in another videos - I think for the blinkers/indicators they should've AT LEAST put them separetly on the left & right side of the steering wheel, not both buttons on the left side above each another. For exampl. the button for the right blinker/indicator may be switched positions withe the button for the wipers or the other button. Still won't be the best having just buttons, but.. at least it would be less confusing.
Great review mate, i would like to ask, what is the real range of this car? I want to make long trips over 1500 kilometers how many times do you think i have to charge the car;
The base 2024 model 3 has a battery that you can charge fully to 100% every time, which gives you about 272 miles or 435 kilometers of range. In the US at least
The reduction in speed from the previous model is due to the new tyres.
Not really... go look up the e-primacy speed limit, its higher than 200kmh.
I must say it a very nice car.
Wich one is better model y or model thee
It must have like 270speed but it is cool i wish i could buy one
It might sound weird but the interior somehow makes it look like it's cold inside of the car
Nice from hindustan south.
Facts i love me a simple car !!
I do love the exterior change and the ambient lighting in the interior. And I do agree with you that removing the gearshift is disappointing. However, I think with time, it shouldn't matter. Especially since the leading countries are transitioning from gas to ev (which imo is not good).
what color is that ?
