Your sock/slider Pilates ones are KILLER. At first I kinda hated them because of how crazy hard they are lol but now because of your sock Pilates my core is so strong in a way it has never been before. I love how strong I am getting! Thanks 😊
I really wanted to give up after first two moves, but I’m glad I stuck with it and gave it my all. I look forward to coming back and hopefully feeling stronger and stronger each time. This was the hardest workout I’ve ever done, and I also have been a lifelong ballet dancer, though I’ve been out of it for a few years. You make it look so easy, I kept falling out of every position. Hopefully next time I try it I will be stronger.
Day 3 done thanks so much feel amazing lots of modifications but I know i will get stronger my goal is zero modifications by the last week Im not getting married want to be in my best shape by 60 beginning in March
I literally fell out of the last crescent because WOW those are tough. Do you have any tips for gaining strength back in wrists? I found the planking difficult only because I have wrist issues from gymnastics. I had to move to my fists, but would love to be able to hold my weight in my wrists again
9/21/22: Halfway through the 3rd week. This one was tough, but I finished it!! 9/28/22: On week 4. Got through the planks without collapsing. There's something about the leg section that I just love. Other than the muscle burn, it's kind of flowing and relaxing
@@ActionJacquelyn I'm starting to feel a lot more toned in my abs and my arms. I normally collapse on planks, but I guess I underestimated what I was capable of. These workouts are more challenging, but I'm still going strong. Can't wait to see what I look at the end
wow, this serie really challenged my non existent sens of balance. Floor here does not help, it's really to slippy with the socks, and not enough without, I need to find those "disks". And now for some really needed stretch, my buttocks are still a bit sore from yesterday's arabesque exercise!
Loving the bridal series! This was a great workout! Loved how you put it @sctionjaquelyn saying it’s a sneaky tough workout. I totally agree. My body is getting stronger. A little behind on the workout schedule, but I’m getting there. 😁😉
So in love with all your videos but unfortunately, I just had the worse stomach acid reflux crisis straight after this one 🥹 but I know I have a physical malfunction with my stomach so for those in my case (it’s kind of frequent) just so you know 😢 this workout is specifically intense on the core area and the contractions is triggering something personally…
